Not a huge surprise. Fleet vehicles often lead the way in all forms of alternative fuel use. Makes perfect sense due to the number of vehicles and miles driven per years. It provides for a great platform to test the technology.

Nice to see Better Place hooking up with a partner with the wherewithal to help them scale. I've been a fan of the model, but didn't see how they were going to pull it off alone, and targeting corporate fleets makes perfect sense (as bossm4n noted)
