which is pretty much worthless for anyone who may be subject to a recurring or pre-employment "drug" test. After cannabis is legalized, there will still be a lot of work to do regarding protections for workers against ignorance.

at this point this is just theory and not set precedence since it hasn't been brought up in court yet and is just a statement by a lawyer.
that being said, this would be huge and will hopefully end the raids of medical dispensaries throughout the nation. (i say hopefully because these raids are already of questionable legality, so it remains to be seen what impact a court ruling would have)

Well, if the raids are of questionable legality, hopefully a court decision would remove any question. Of course, pigs will be pigs but at least they will be directly breaking the law when they act against the will of the people.

It's about time I hope that it goes nationwide. Very good article. I am a breast cancer survivor who treated with surgery and chemotherapy. I was so sick from the chemo that no meds helped me. Unfortunately, I didn't have medical marijuana. My life would have been a whole lot easier.
