Obviously this guy is some kind of socialist commie wealth distributer. In the US the republicans would rightly call for mass protests on the guy's front lawn and start legal action to get the dirty commie money back from those freeloading workers.
Sadly, the above does not sound as outlandish and outrageous as it should...
Not unlike what Louis CK did when sales of his special went way beyond his expectations. A good person sees a windfall as good news for many. When I fantasize about winning lotto I imagine how I would distribute the money. That is the fantasy. Working out how many, and who to give how much.. I would have to warn my boss that every employee in her bar would soon be quitting or working a lot less. Of course she wouldn't mind very much as she would also be getting a huge "bouns" from me as thanks for my many years of enjoyable employment. Louis CK is a capitalist, this "Aussie Bus Boss" is a capitalist. Thats how they wound up with the piles of cash. They just weren't dicks about it.

In the US it would have led to a 16 million dollar bonus for the CEO and 16 million dollars worth of pay cuts for everybody else.

This article should be a motivator for other companies with regards to appreciating its employees.
