I'm not saying they're healthy, but I'm on a strict budget and I can only make cuts where I can afford to. The fat/calorie ratio is the only thing I can go by if I want to get in 1300 calories without breaking the bank or my belt.

Just because you look at it that way, doesn't mean that is how she looks at it. People can feel empowered doing many stupid things and that does not make them weak, she just happens to be one of the very few who picks max weight
