- ArthurSucks, on 10/12/2007, -1/+24I'm so buying this album. Thanks for the link though...
- GraceMolloy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+34that's what I think is so funny. He releases, "Don't download this song" blatantly calling out the RIAA, and his CD is totally worth purchasing this time. I have a feeling the usual downloader crowd will go out and buy it simply b/c he made fun of the "suits".
- Rothschild, on 10/12/2007, -30/+3I forgot to say by the way, you need WinRAR to extract the music files from the RapidShare link. You can download WinRAR at Download.com
The album is was ripped with LAME 3.90 VBR - Expletus, on 10/12/2007, -0/+56For those who didn't notice his MySpace 8 were Bill Gates, Napoleon Dynamite, Mr. Peabody, Einstein, Frodo, Pee Wee Herman and mySpace founder, Tom.

You don't need to post that at digg.com...

- jdivis, on 10/12/2007, -2/+23It's harder than heck to search for that equation on Google, anyone know what the equation below defines?
[(-h^2/2mu)delta^2 - (e^2/r)] Psi (r) = Epsilon Psi (r)
Apologies for being a parenthesis whore.- NeMeSiS187, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5I think it has something to do with Schrodinger's equation... I may be wrong though... Chem was a long time ago.
- AnalystX, on 10/12/2007, -0/+21@jdivis
I loved the video, but your comment really had me laughing pretty hard. As if it wasn't enough the equation was a part of a spoof poking fun of being "white and nerdy," one of the first comments about the spoof epitomizes the spoof itself. Your comment could even fit right in at the end of the video. I'm not making fun of you in anyway, I just thought that was hilarious. Looking over the equations more carefully crossed my mind too. - hey560, on 10/12/2007, -1/+20Its the 3D version of Schrodinger's Wave Equation. It describes the wave nature of particles. Check out:

- fanboydcs, on 10/12/2007, -2/+18thats amazing... and scary it reminds me of ME!
- PathDaemon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+16I want Segway, edit Wikipedia, and have actually had a roll of bubble wrap that size strapped to a friend's car :(
- blast_flame, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Same exept for ping-pong. Too active for me.
- TheVetos, on 10/12/2007, -0/+29Haha I loved the star wars kid parody
- DesireCampbell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10Who's the guy dancing behind him (when he's got the white background and the 'whiteandnerdy' sweater?

- sudermania, on 10/12/2007, -0/+22Sweet "Star Wars Holiday Special" reference.
- bds268, on 10/12/2007, -0/+47***** Digg. The only place where someone would ask what that equation is.
God I love it!!- axiomata, on 10/12/2007, -4/+11And the only place where if you didn't ask what the equation was for, it was because you already knew.
- niardica, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10very nice.. he picked a good track..
- radda, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9Oh God...I hope that's not me in 10 years.
Still, the video rocked. Al's last album was meh IMO, but in this one it looks like he's trying to appeal to the geek crowd...and I like it ^_^.- mecole21, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11what about all about the pentiums.... that appealed to the geek crowd... and im pretty sure he always has...
- Autoclave, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Pentiums was on "Running With Sissors" in '99. His last album was "Poodle Hat" in '03
- Odweaver, on 10/12/2007, -3/+10CRAP, just remembered about my math 124 homework
- eplawless, on 10/12/2007, -11/+2I have to do so much calculus and japanese it is not even funny.
Seriously does anyone know what that equation is, offhand?
- eplawless, on 10/12/2007, -11/+2I have to do so much calculus and japanese it is not even funny.
- vulcanx, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11al is godly. he still has it after all these years.
- Teapots, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Brilliant.
- reddevil3, on 10/12/2007, -1/+14I know quite a few black nerds. They are a minority within the minority, but they are there.
- SillyDigger, on 10/12/2007, -3/+16Except they are called 'sellouts' by the low brow savages in their own community, so sad.
- justinwalden, on 10/12/2007, -10/+5Sadly, I don't even know any white nerds. I think I'm the closest to one, but I'm not even close to being the stereotypical geek. Sure, I know more programming languages than I've had girlfriends, format my school papers in HTML, and I play chess and pokemon (ok, it's been a few years), but I've never even seen Star Wars, Star Trek, or played D&D.
Where did all the real nerds go? I need somebody to make fun of.
- trutwin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9It's kind of interesting to compare it to the actual Ridin Dirty video:

Also, check out the first entry in Urban Dictionary for Ridin' Dirty - :)

Heyyyy...wait a second...THAT'S NOT A PLAYSTATION "CONTROLLA!" It's an Xbox controller, baby, yeah! - Kokichi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10I can't edit my own post, but after watching the rest of that music video, I noticed the bling he's wearing around his neck says "KOOPA" and it's some kind of reptile. Interesting?

- AllEvil669, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6I love Al. So totally Dugg!
- UGM2099, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4That video is incredible. My #1 Digg for sure.
- Chigaimasu, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5This is why he has been my hero since I was a kid. This is brilliant.
- LycoLoco, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Seriously. It's the wit in his videos like this one that truly make him special and unique.
- Artemis11, on 10/12/2007, -3/+4I have been waiting for this for ages...This will be the first CD I ever buy..lolz.
- dieinafire, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2i've enjoyed every one of his albums since "Dare to be Stupid"... lol wore out the tape listening to it every time i mowed the lawn!
- jmcmunn, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1You ain't kiddin'. I went through all of those tapes back in the day...thank god for CD/Mp3 so now my collection is around 'forever'. I can't wait for this album, it looks great. (and sounds great from the stuff Al has posted on his site)
- dieinafire, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0i hate to reply to myself, but i forgot to add his brillance of encorporating current hits into a polka-style tribute song... THAT, my friends, is the best damn accordian music EVER.
- Kanaka, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Awesome vid, very well done.
- pyrotherm, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4I love all of Weird Al's work, he is really good at what he does, i'll take a quote from AL-TV here "He's a pop-culture Cuisinart!"
- djgargamel, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4BEST...VIDEO...EVER.
- Walrus78, on 10/12/2007, -0/+14The Trivial Pursuit Card is easy to miss and priceless. There's no way to see if without pausing. All I was able to catch was Lindsay Lohan, so I knew I had to pause it. Off the card:
-------------
G: In what city is the largest ball of twice built by one man?
E: What's the deal with Lindsay Lohan? I mean, seriously?
H: F.D.R. - was he faking it?
AL: On what page does Harry Potter die in the next book?
SN: What is the melting point of a gorilla's head?
(obscured): How many Wicket Men are there on a 43-Man Squamish team?
--------------
I don't know how he continues to do it, but Weird Al continues to stay funny forever. I just don't know how he keeps it up.- Reziarfg, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4twine*
- Angmar, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3For G the answer is Minnesota
One of the songs on UHF is "The biggest ball of twine in Minnesota" - Teapots, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Since when is Minnesota a city?
- xshaisu, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1"Since when is Minnesota a city?"
Since Alaska and Hawaii moved directly south of California. - cfinke, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1It's Darwin, Minnesota. And yes, there actually is a Twine Ball Inn, and yes, Al and his band actually did stay there, and that's what inspired the Biggest Ball of Twine in Minnesota.
- trutwin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2So there is no lost sleep, here is the straight poop on large balls of twine:

- lordhidetora, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3this has got to be the greatest thing i've seen. I seriously cant stop watching it. i want the song on my iPod..:p.
- cragga, on 10/12/2007, -0/+13hes editing the atlantic records wikipedia page... :D
- DDRSkata, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7They effing deserve it for the whole You're Pitiful fiasco.
- Imascienceguy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Gotta love the cameo by Mr. Action Figure himself, Seth Green. That little redheaded bastard shows up in everything!
- DDRSkata, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2With Robot Chicken out, he had to be the action figure guy in this video, although few outside the geek community will get that.
Or really, most of the video, haha.
- DDRSkata, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2With Robot Chicken out, he had to be the action figure guy in this video, although few outside the geek community will get that.
- joshwalderbach, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I heard the entire album about a week ago and it's great. I think this is his best work since Peter and the Wolf.
- RevHelix, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I've delt the star wars holiday special.
As a star wars fan... its bad *****... Go do Star Trek instead if you must do a sci fi drug.. Don't do the holiday special. - Drax, on 10/12/2007, -0/+19Just an FYI for anyone purchasing this album. From the Ask Al archive at Al's site:
http://www.weirdal.com/aaarchive.htm#042706
Tim Sloane of Ijamsville, MD asks: Al, which of these purchasing methods should I use in order to make sure the most profit gets to you: Buying one of your albums on CD, or buying one of your albums on iTunes?
I am extremely grateful for your support, no matter which format you choose to legally obtain my music in, so you should do whatever makes the most sense for you personally. But since you ASKED… I actually do get significantly more money from CD sales, as opposed to downloads. This is the one thing about my renegotiated record contract that never made much sense to me. It costs the label NOTHING for somebody to download an album (no manufacturing costs, shipping, or really any overhead of any kind) and yet the artist (me) winds up making less from it. Go figure. - remo2012, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dAyY68hyw9c
This guy is the real nerd!! - Bleu, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6At about 1:51, when he is editing Wikipedia, he is editing the Atlantic Records page. Atlantic is James Blunt's label.
- phlosoft, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Ha. He's playing Minesweeper in OS X.
- noahhendrix, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4We have the same keyboard! I feel very cool now.
- Spo8, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Yeah, I love this song. The clip of him editing Wikipedia is priceless.
- fino35, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1He graduated from my highschool!
- maninblac1, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2God, i still love Al, i haven't listened to any of his CD's in forever but i practically have them all. This is absolutely one of the most perfect songs for him to parody.
A+! - adamsucks, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1This is, HANDS DOWN, the funniest video I've ever watched on youtube. If I could digg ya twice, I would. Thanks a million for the link.
- BenBenMan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3This video is excellent!
By the look of it, this is the MySpace page that was used for the video, though the friends list looks a little different now:
http://myspace.com/whiteandnerdy - contradictator, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Is it just me, or near the end, is that ACTUALLY Chamillionaire in the video?
- kickarse, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2lol he looks like Steven Colbert!
- trutwin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Another obscure reference - his dog's homepage is for Foofie (love the "Bio" link).
Foofie was the name of the dog that was thrown from the window in UHF - "Today we're teaching poodles how to fly! Okay, Foofie, are you psyched? Are you ready?"- TheKingInYellow, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2nice reference. did you know that turtles are natures suction cup?
