Universal: EFF SLAPPed us with dancing toddler DMCA lawsuit

arstechnica.com — The EFF sued Universal after the music label filed a DMCA takedown notice on a homemade dancing baby clip, but now Universal claims that it is the victim of a SLAPP lawsuit designed to keep it from exercising its rights.
