  • inactive, on 06/25/2008, -0/+5I downloaded Ubuntu 3 months ago, did hours and hours of research from reading forums etc...
    And I got a full fledged recording studio set up on my 700$ laptop that would rival a 2500$ mac running Digi 002

    My main complaint is the lack of virtual synths.

    Otherwise Ardour with Rosegarden are killer. Once you get it working. I had zero Linux experience prior to delving into this 3 months ago also.
