    Rolling Stone is an extension of one of ten media giants that control everything you see, read or consume.
    This is why Beyonce is number one.

    Clearly Rolling Stone is trying to make a play for every segment of the youth market here--the idiot mainstream (Beyonce), the hipster/indie kids (Santogold), the idiot mainstream rap kids (Jay-Z), and the hip-hop kids (NERD).
