With defences like we're seeing lately it's becoming pretty obvious there is no reasonable defence for pirating music, which is no surprise given apple/amazon/etc only charge a dollar a anyway.
It's funny how with all the talk about how copyright is wrong, how it's evil to charge money for music, and how everything on the internet should be free, not one person out of all the people sued and the many more who so vocally support piracy have provided an actual defence strategy that focuses on any of the alleged problems with copyright.
