    If somebody told me that I was going to make millions of dollars auto tuning my voice I'd do it.

Therefor, one would NOT expect it to be autotuned, as its entire purpose is to call for autotune to never be used again, ever. When the outcome is opposite of what is expected, this is referred to as "irony." End of lesson. If you're going to try to be a patrolman of the Irony Police, please make sure you know what the ***** you're talking about first. Thank you.

  • YourNameHere1, on 06/18/2009, -1/+2The Jay-Z lyrical parts of '99 problems' with that remixed guitar riff played in the background actually sounded good..... it would of sounded much better if they had left his voice alone and had only remixed that drum beat and that guitar riff.

    But the rest of that song sounded horrible (using the remix of his 'Death to the Autotune' song). It sounded like video game music, or the soundtrack to an anime cartoon like Pokemon.

    I don't like this Autotune phase of mainstream rap, but I do like when someone like Felix da Housecat uses vocal effects on top of a good voice and a matching electro sound.
