- andystrummer, on 02/29/2008, -2/+7sounds like a pretty noble cause. if only i lived in England and could afford to attend. I will now use my mind control techniques to get this to the front page on Digg.

I mean just to think this homeless guy standing right infront of u playing guitar has more talent than some multi millionare popstar.
- Skod, on 02/29/2008, -0/+2As a musician currently attending music school: ***** you *****.
- user7, on 02/29/2008, -1/+3Also don't live in England.. but I'll digg for ya...
- hmac, on 02/29/2008, -0/+1I dig the ***** out of this.
- birdly, on 02/29/2008, -1/+2I'd give my home away if it meant I could share the stage with Paul Weller.
- aanuj, on 02/29/2008, -1/+2Thanx a lot for repling back...
i hope it reaches everyone... - cubbiesx, on 02/29/2008, -0/+1wtf?

- nealparr, on 02/29/2008, -0/+1"A contributing member of society" means a lot of different things. The tragedy isn't that they didn't take up a profitable skill or a [traditional] education. It's that they aren't properly compensated for the very important contribution they make to society: Their art.
- Llanowar, on 02/29/2008, -0/+1I've heard of most of them, but no idea what kind of music they make really.
I've seen noisettes live at a Muse concert. I can highly recommend them. First time I've heard of them but they gave an amazing show. - cubbiesx, on 02/29/2008, -0/+1what happens when the homeless person's "rock career" doesn't take off? back to the streets? i'm just saying...
- Yshinozuka, on 03/03/2008, -0/+0What a great story, I hope things like this continue elsewhere.
- isaactwito, on 02/29/2008, -1/+1Change? *rattle* *rattle*
- aanuj, on 02/29/2008, -0/+0Well thats the unfortunate part...
and thats why we want to do the best to support them ...
I hope it works out...
Thanx for your contribution... - Chaulis, on 02/29/2008, -1/+1So their putting together the super rich with the super poor. Interesting concept, while I hope for the best, the plan seems flawed.
- lolo2007, on 06/23/2008, -0/+0Imagine if they took up a real profitable skill or a education....do you really think they would be homeless? Some people fail to realize that you cannot always pursue your love and that to survive you may have to do alternative things to live

- chanco, on 02/29/2008, -0/+0This project is just one part of the charity's (Crisis) work - they have centres in the UK for homeless people to go to where they can learn new skills etc. So it's not a case of just getting them to do this one gig and then leaving them to it...
- aanuj, on 02/29/2008, -0/+0I would like to say a big thanx to everyone who helped us get the story to the frontpage and spread awaress to everyperson out there...
Though i see some hard hitting comments but i really appriciate all who have visited us and helped us acheive this
a big Thanx from my side - Bologner, on 02/29/2008, -1/+1Great idea! Most people on the streets I know used to be musicians anyway.
I guess I did grow up near Madison, so. - aanuj, on 02/29/2008, -0/+0Thanx for your digg and everyone who helped us .. spread the awareness..
Thanx - birdly, on 02/29/2008, -2/+1Hey, your mind control is working great! Now say hello for me to your brother Joe in the afterlife.
- isaactwito, on 02/29/2008, -2/+1It made it, congrats!
- jodofashodo, on 02/29/2008, -4/+2I have never heard of any of those bands...ever.
- inactive, on 02/29/2008, -3/+1Imagine if they took up a real profitable skill or a education....do you really think they would be homeless? Some people fail to realize that you cannot always pursue your love and that to survive you may have to do alternative things to live.
- Accolade1, on 02/29/2008, -3/+0In simple music terms, you're trying to be sharp but instead fall flat.
