- SilverBlade2k, on 04/18/2008, -0/+4You think with cases like this, judges would be simply not allowing the RIAA to sue anyone anymore...
- inactive, on 04/18/2008, -1/+4District Judge Harold Baer has his head up his ass if he thinks the RIAA is just sloppy and making mistakes.
Since when is a lawyer being "sloppy" any kind of defense for abuse of the legal system?
I have to wonder if Judge Baer was approached behind the scenes about future business opportunities. How else do you explain someone doing something as stupid as assuming the RIAA has good intentions but is just so sloppy they can't follow proper procedures?
WTF? - taketheleap, on 04/18/2008, -0/+2***** the RIAA.

Really, how much money does the RIAA expect to get out of a homeless man who has no internet access and probably never even downloaded any music? These Idiots should be disbarred, not called sloppy and let off. - FizzanoMatrix, on 04/19/2008, -0/+1He was prolly downloading over the GanZ protocol.
- skeletorcares, on 04/18/2008, -0/+1You're allowed to sue anyone for anything. America, ***** YEAH.
- Feydakyn, on 04/18/2008, -0/+1I was unaware that "sloppy" was allowed in court..
- Jaablaze, on 04/18/2008, -0/+1Pffff....those poor artist will never get their money now. How are they going to be able to afford to put fuel in the G5 to fly off to Paris? This is a sad day :(
