  • Germanopinion, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Poor "devastated" RIAA feels that they are being "railroaded" (original word of their lawyer!) if they can not play their full "game".

    One round of compassion for the poor RIAA please!

    Why the H do they sue someone if they don't have the evidence against the individual that this SPECIFIC individual (and not just some IP address recorded automatically by a machine in the Media-Sentry server farm!) has done something unlawful?

    If the mass suing of their own customers has a valid background that would stand a court of law where the judges are not afraid to decide fair and unbiased then they should have NO problem to deal with such a motion for Summary Judgment!
