- Carsonauto, on 10/12/2007, -0/+44Unlike singers today, he was good. Regardless of his music, he was a good singer. Too bad he's gone.
- trubbleshute, on 10/12/2007, -0/+37It's a rare thing that we get a good singer and performer.
We are the champions is still practically in every movie today, so he does have some staying power. - coolian, on 10/12/2007, -0/+27"Dee-do-do-do-dey-do..."
"***** you."
Classic. - uselessexpert, on 10/12/2007, -2/+28There are very few, and I mean FEW singers today that have the kind of presence Freddy Mercury had. I never got the chance to see Queen, but just about all their songs kick ass! Can anyone mention any good artist from today like Freddy?
- martynda, on 10/12/2007, -1/+25No. Because I don't think anyone has even come close to touching him. Music seems to be in a very sad state these days.
- JohnnyBoy117, on 10/12/2007, -2/+25Best. Band. Ever.
The World will miss you Freddie. - tofagerl, on 10/12/2007, -0/+21I ordered the DVD before the song was over. Listen up, RIAA, money to be made here :)
- z00k, on 10/12/2007, -2/+23***** beautiful... A MUST Watch for any music fan.

- floridiot2, on 10/12/2007, -1/+15Good? He wasn't good! He was the best singer EVER.

If there's one Queen DVD you should buy, it's this one. All their classics are there, with close to 30 songs in total. - Tempest811, on 10/12/2007, -0/+12@technoticau
don't even begin to compare the foo fighters to queen - mal1964, on 10/12/2007, -2/+13when that song came out our country was in a cold war with the Soviet union and the hostage crises in Iran, as a young teenager most kids my age wanted that song to be our national anthem we sang it loud and proud when it played
- LexisNexis, on 10/12/2007, -2/+12lookadeez: Ho-ly *****. I wish you were kidding.
- Ubernero, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10Dont stop him now
hes having such a good time.. - addictedidol, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=En9eiH4dTK0&mode=related&search= From the same concert, We Are The Champions.
Freddie Mercury has a mesmerizing voice. - stupidverizon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8Wow he was really larger than life... I had chills down my spine.
- Intrexed, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8You're dull.
- Gryffydd, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7Freddie was truly the man. Just listen to other people try to cover their songs and you'll hear just how good he was. I watched the American Idol (I hate the show, but watched this episode) where they did all the Queen songs. It was almost painful.
The rest of the band was awesome too though. Brian May is one of the best of the hmmm...cleaner guitarists out there along with David Gilmour. By cleaner I'm putting Brian May on the far left and Jimi Hendrix on the far right with Page in the middle.
Thanks for the video! - praisethelard, on 06/06/2008, -3/+9He is kidding. Vanilla Ice said in an interview that his version was different because it had an extra note.
- spensercoke, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7Awesome DVD. http://www.amazon.com/Queen-Live-at-Wembley-Stadium/dp/B00009P1O2/ref=pd_bbs_sr_3/104-7737610-7507139?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1177626835&sr=8-3

Queen Live at Wembley Stadium.
2-disc release of pure magic - Jwzupancic, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7I really had a tear drop down my eye.
Freddie, you are missed. You're one of the few magical performers to have ever set foot on this planet.
Godspeed, my friend. - godisdead, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5It was a sample from the Queen song on the Ice ice baby "song" - but you knew that right?
- spidoman, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Watching this concert on youtube was better than 99% of the concert's I've been to.
Incredible. - guyperson, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7Ignorant bastard.
- kent1146, on 10/12/2007, -9/+14Freddie Mercury is proof that gods once walked this earth.
- TKn00b, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6ummmm Bohemian Rhapsody!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NCo1OVNbYFQ - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Saw them with Thin Lizzy back in '78, one of the greatest rock shows I've had the pleasure of attending. I heard an interview with Brian May some time back, he said Freddy was too humble to say so but Queen was really "The Freddy Mercury Show" and Brian, John and Roger were his backing band.
- dangerz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Check out the band 'Mika'. Their lead singer resembles Freddie a ton and he has the voice and charisma to match.
- TheKillDoctor, on 10/12/2007, -4/+8You have that backwards, rap just samples from great artists.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4...and for the country that actually spawned the band :

I just saw a commercial with Under Pressure as the background music. I think man, its been a long time since I've listened to that song. I go to my laptop to listen to the song, and what do I see on the digg front page?
Thanks for this, always enjoy good quality live recordings. - Jaq524, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3(sorry, digg down)
- Drgn547, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Freddie Mercury was absolutely one of the best performers of the 20th century. The original duet version with David Bowie was even better than the "just Queen" live version. For those haven't heard the studio version, here:

And for we Canucks :D - Jaq524, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Seeing as how he died 16 years ago, I think many people have missed him for a while.

Free for everybody. - floridiot2, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4Freddy Mercury was the greatest male vocalist of ALL TIME. RIP
- kamerononfire, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Freddie is the greatest performer of our time. Nobody tops his showmanship.
- godisdead, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I've seen Steven Tyler, Dave Lee Roth, Prince and Michael Jackson. Queen at Gateshead stadium on this tour was the most incredible experience I've ever had. That guy was on fire.
