That whole selling-lots-of-copies-of-copyable-data way of doing things is pretty well worn out, and DRM is not a good solution. Who knows, maybe the future of music is leaning back towards services (like it was before the 20th century).

- DaveJackson, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Looks good, but I have to say the idea is old - I ordered a song for my wife through a different site http://www.give-a-song.com over a year ago, and it was fab - much quicker delivery and cheaper too. So it's not an original idea at all. A great gift, but old news.
- tindle, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I found this website myself tonight. As it happens, I wrote and recorded an entire CD album for a friend who was ill and very unhappy. She lives 4,500 miles away and we've never actually met, but what a lift it gave her! So, my idea wasn't so far out, was it? These folks are doing the self same thing; they've simply broadened the brief for the songs. Seems I'll have to submit my work, maybe they can use some of my stuff!
