In case you haven't heard of MFSL, they are world-renowned, deservedly so. - leamanc, on 06/15/2009, -0/+2Being a fan since 1989, of course I want this, but I can think of several reasons not to get it. First, the CDs are again NOT remastered. WTF? They were remastered back in 2003, but the band rejected them, so we've got the same crappy masters that sound like ***** compared to the vinyl.
Next, I think it's cool that they got the v23 guys to do new artwork, but the original artwork was so great, they should include that too.
Lastly, it's just too damn expensive, especially if you want the vinyl. I paid a pretty penny to get all five albums on vinyl, but it was way less than what this set costs.
