- inactive, on 05/03/2008, -46/+187I'd let Trent Reznor nestle his balls in my mouth
- nightmare1228, on 05/03/2008, -6/+120At least you don't need a facebook account to download the file.
- inactive, on 05/03/2008, -1/+94I don't know what's funnier: this comment, or the fact that so many people thumbed it up, indicating that they agree with it.
- thechosen, on 05/03/2008, -6/+77Dammit Trent. Stop being so damn awesome.

nice and high and far apart
just like they said
i built this place with broken parts
just like they said
you chip away the old version of you
you'd be surprised at what you can do
i'm safe in here
irrelevant
just like they said
my voice just echoes off these walls
you feel me breathe
i am watching you
i see it all
the many ways you can't get to me
i see it all
i see the hell you put yourself through
oh the things i could do (if i wanted to)
my voice just echoes off these walls
my voice just echoes off these walls
i don't need anything at all
my voice just echoes off these walls
and i just slowly fade away
you will never ever get to me in here - warholsbluecat, on 05/03/2008, -6/+56Not only that, they just made an official video for Discipline right here - http://youtube.com/watch?v=I1ZMKfFHU3U
- StacyWebb, on 05/03/2008, -5/+54I glad to see artists not at the mercy of the "All powerful record label" anymore.
more freedom = more creativity - apartovi, on 05/03/2008, -3/+45Btw, just to clarify, the song was posted by Nine Inch Nails exclusively on *iLike*, not on Facebook. Although best-known in the US for its Facebook app, iLike is also on tons of other platforms, and so the song automatically available in multiple locations: on Ask.com (search for NIN), hi5, Orkut, Bebo, not to mention iLike.com. And users of the iLike iTunes plug-in also got notified of the song directly on their desktop if they have NIN in their library. Rock on, NIN!
- sockpuppets, on 05/03/2008, -3/+45I bet they're angry, melancholy balls.
- mparker7410, on 05/03/2008, -27/+68Here that? It's the sound of thousands of diggers all slurping Trent Reznor's balls at teh same time.
- spahn22, on 05/03/2008, -10/+44simply amazing. he always seems to out do himself.
- inactive, on 05/03/2008, -3/+34Yeah, and water's too wet. Fire's too hot. Sugar's too sugary.
- bhsws2, on 05/03/2008, -9/+39Reznor is a one man army.
- Nerfdude, on 05/03/2008, -1/+30threadjack. here's the direct link for the mp3:
http://c.ilike.com/d/0000/198/0000198592.mp3?fn=Ni ... - jfowler27, on 05/03/2008, -1/+29I don't like clowns, but you don't see me seeking out clowns to tell them how much I don't like them.
- StolenLamp, on 05/03/2008, -0/+28Oh Lyph, why didn't you tell me?! HAPPY B-DAY DUDE!!!
- Nrvana423, on 05/03/2008, -9/+36This one is even better than Discipline!
- MackenzieArbour, on 05/03/2008, -3/+29I love the odd way he releases new material. The mp3 once again says "go to nin.com on may 5th." How exciting!
- copypastry, on 05/03/2008, -6/+31I heard Trent's gonna cover Never Gonna Give You Up
- inactive, on 05/03/2008, -3/+27Not a bad birthday present...
- GregIsLegend, on 05/03/2008, -6/+29Dugg down, for not taking it as far as his *****.
- RAT-Man, on 05/03/2008, -8/+30I like it. Not as much as Discipline though.
- Infidelcastr0, on 05/03/2008, -3/+24Please, whine more about music you don't like. We desperately want to hear more of your opinions.
- acroyear2, on 05/03/2008, -2/+22Okay, this is probably far off, but NIN did a secret show here in L.A. for year zero that I just barely missed. The title of this song is the same as a popular venue here in L.A. Does anyone think there's a chance he'll do another secret/surprise performance?
- twiztidsinz, on 05/03/2008, -1/+21omnomnomnom
- bruenig, on 05/03/2008, -5/+24It will have to be embedded in a video of Obama repeating empty abstract nouns as if they meant something with a funny looking cat in the background. Else it will languish in upcoming forever.
- sockpuppets, on 05/03/2008, -1/+20Here? o_O
- vtruss8, on 05/03/2008, -2/+20For the most part, Trent writes, sings, and plays/creates all of the sounds you hear. He's the main man.
- twiztidsinz, on 05/03/2008, -2/+20Track#: nine ---- (written as 'nine' not '9' or '09')
Genre: (253)
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm wonder what those mean? Anyone got an idea?
Obviously the 'nine' for track could be 'nine' inch nails, but I'd hope for a deeper meaning. - acroyear2, on 05/03/2008, -1/+18You're like one of those liquor vendors posing as customers at a bar.
- bhsws2, on 05/03/2008, -2/+19I know there are alot of people involved with NIN. Do you really think that I believe he produces his music all by himself and is literally the only person? NO. But compared to every other artist out there, he is the only one with enough courage to break away from the record labels and experiment with new methods of delivery to consumers. In that regard, he is a "one man army" against the record industry.
- MasteruvPuppetz, on 05/03/2008, -2/+19Maybe to you. There are these things called taste and opinion, which everyone has. Some people like NIN, some people love NIN, and some people dislike NIN, either way everyone's opinion is their own, and shouldn't be criticized imo.
- inactive, on 05/03/2008, -1/+17Thanks! Kinda sucks that more random strangers on digg have wished me a happy birthday than friends...
- oldcrows40, on 05/03/2008, -6/+22trent does it again.
i tip my hat to you sir - StolenLamp, on 05/03/2008, -13/+28I have nothing to contribute.
- copypastry, on 05/03/2008, -1/+14Drums are ghetto in an awesome way, and the guitar/bass textures are delicious.
- FreDre, on 05/03/2008, -4/+16Way much better than Discipline. Got some "The Fragile" feeling. Cannot wait until Monday!
- footfwd, on 05/03/2008, -1/+13Just for info sake, an Echoplex is a 60-70's analog tape delay. Beautiful sound. Jimmy Page used one alot.
- Capta1nA, on 05/03/2008, -4/+16There are many people involved with NIN to make this stuff happen.
- hartwelr, on 05/03/2008, -1/+12 http://www.celldweller.com/
Here's another "one man army" plays all the instruments and engineers a lot of it, plus he's independent of a label and makes plenty of cash through licensing deals. Check out his first self titled album, really sick *****. - tidu, on 05/03/2008, -6/+17Hey, you just can't beat this taste.
- spudnic, on 05/03/2008, -1/+12Indeed, this song has way much better good.
- MasteruvPuppetz, on 05/03/2008, -1/+12It's pretty funny how people like you insult the music others like and then go crazy to defend your own tastes. Yup, I bet you're one of those people. Piss off please, if you don't like it, then simple use your brain and don't comment.
- MillionsLivio, on 05/03/2008, -2/+12The download for the song is on the page...
- 35263526, on 05/03/2008, -2/+12To be honest, I didn't think it was that awesome, at least compared to Discipline. Still, that's just my opinion, and it _is_ universally awesome that Trent's doing it like this. Can't wait for the 5th!
- jon30041, on 05/03/2008, -0/+10Sexy. Sex is too sexy.
- fusionFactor, on 05/03/2008, -1/+11Where that?
- Antixian, on 05/04/2008, -2/+12aka you're gay
- zlyoga, on 05/03/2008, -2/+12thought for sure that was gonna be a rick roll
