- RealSurreal, on 11/08/2007, -2/+16Why thank you NPR!
- mavownsyou, on 11/08/2007, -1/+12Dugg based purely on the fact that NPR rules. I hope you all donated a couple weeks ago!

- Dumbledorito, on 11/08/2007, -0/+8And here on the right is the oft-spotted "Repeating Dittohead." Note the plumage under the right wing. He'll parrot just about anything he's told over his AM radio, never listening to anything else but offering opinions just the same.
Now, in this exhibit over here... - theeEqualizer, on 11/08/2007, -1/+8I wouldn't... Do us all a favor. Name one time, just one time, that anything Terry Gross has said would qualify as self-righteous. And don't try turning that backwards with some smart-alec sort of "When has she not..." comment. That won't do. Give me an example. I think you're just pissed-off because you don't like it when anyone with a contrary opinion knows something that you don't. Like Terry Gross for example. She's one of the best interviewers on any popular media today.
- busket, on 11/08/2007, -1/+7Because the right wing nuts aren't self righteous at all.
- Dumbledorito, on 11/08/2007, -0/+6And he won't give an example because he maybe listened to one show in 1994 or heard a clip somewhere that made him upset. Or he was told to not like Terry Gross by something he read on FreeRepublic.
- Knucklecallus, on 11/08/2007, -1/+6NPR is so pro... Seriously, I listen to it on the way to school and back every day. I don't think I have actually heard anything about Burma on anything else than NPR (besides the tubes/Digg, of course).
- bethlagarrison, on 11/08/2007, -1/+5Um. "KCRW, a community service of Santa Monica College, is Southern California's leading National Public Radio affiliate.."
Nice one. - SoyChemist, on 11/08/2007, -2/+5I prefer KCRW music. Morning becomes eclectic, chocolate city, and metropolis are amazing. They constantly give airplay to songs that become huge hits.
- rotarychainsaw, on 11/08/2007, -1/+4Cool! Listening to Don Giovanni now.
- tcpip4lyfe, on 11/08/2007, -1/+3This is on point, Im Tom Ashbrook.
- reeftool, on 11/08/2007, -1/+3A great music site! Thanks NPR and Digg! Works great with Ubuntu too!
- bubba9999, on 11/08/2007, -0/+2Afropop rules. I look forward to listening to PRI's Afropop program every Sunday evening on our NPR station.
- RAEP, on 11/07/2007, -0/+2KEXP is by far my favorite NPR affiliate.
- zombies187, on 11/08/2007, -0/+1Yeah, NPR has music you won't hear anywhere else. Check out 'second stage' under discover songs.
- zombies187, on 11/08/2007, -0/+1KEXPs wopop show is outstanding.
- whymanwhy, on 11/08/2007, -2/+3I love listening to NPR. I just feel so damn........Classy
- tunapez, on 11/08/2007, -1/+2Digg it!
Even if "Those Lowdown Blues" didn't make the cut, I can still listen Sunday nights. - CH3CH2OH, on 11/08/2007, -2/+3I'm going to listen to some Chopin right now. Hopefully the audio quality trounces Youtube's.
- neodorian, on 11/08/2007, -1/+2Nice. I regularly podcast All Songs Considered and This American Life through winamp and rhythmbox but another way to listen is great. Terrestrial radio doesn't leave too many options anymore and while there are a few good shoutcasts left, many have had to pack up to avoid the new costs. More places to hear more music is always a huge plus and I've appreciated NPR for some time now.
- bethlagarrison, on 11/07/2007, -0/+1(Also, smooth as Garth Trinidad's voice is, Chocolate City ***** blows)
- zachshmack, on 11/07/2007, -0/+1Yeah, I gave up. Good thing I've got Bernstein conducting Mahler 6 :-)
- SiNN4R, on 11/08/2007, -1/+2I miss Joe Frank.
- CrackaPleeze, on 11/08/2007, -1/+2This is incredible.
Thanks, NPR!! And thanks, too, digg. I wouldn't have found out about this for a long time. - pdkrocul, on 01/01/2008, -0/+0I can't believe I'm saying this, but I prefer the old Real Audio site over the Flash player. It was real (pardon the pun) easy to use mplayer to download and convert to mp3. I prefer to listen to shows when I'm away from the computer.
- greenriver572, on 11/08/2007, -2/+2to biseor, obviously you've never listened to NPR. it's only propaganda if you think of it as ethnic music on world cafe.
- mbauer111, on 11/14/2007, -0/+0NPR shows up strong on the relaunch! Nice job making new music easy to discover.
- mynameisjonas, on 11/08/2007, -2/+1the dish was delish, and it made quite a dish...
- jfujita, on 11/08/2007, -2/+1Trying to listen to Mahler 1 but the sound quality is terrible. I can barely hear the music over the static.
- Scatropolis, on 11/07/2007, -2/+1At first I was like, "sweet Ryan Adams live!" but then I realized I could go to archive.org and download tons of concerts. Am I missing the point?
- CrackaPleeze, on 11/07/2007, -2/+1Gladly.
- chris8535, on 11/08/2007, -4/+3"Hi I'm Marian McPartland and I sound like a drunk 85 year old with one lung."
- subvice, on 11/08/2007, -2/+0Sweet Finally a great music player that I don't need windows media player or real for :) Mac friendly !
- Atmandk, on 11/08/2007, -4/+2dead at 100?
- RAEP, on 11/08/2007, -9/+6digg me down.
- mancat, on 11/08/2007, -8/+1You mean NPR plays music other than those annoying little African percussion clips? Had no idea...
- solid12345, on 11/08/2007, -11/+1I'd take the right wing nuts on the AM radios over that self-righteous Terry Gross anyday.
- inactive, on 11/08/2007, -19/+3National Propaganda Radio
