In terms of worldwide sales, it's the third best selling album.

I mean Quicny Jones, Eddie Van Halen, Vincent Price in what universe would that be a winning formula? Not to mention Jacko literally created the music video no one has matched the videos of Thriller and Beat It. I mean yeah Micheal certainly fell from grace and could never match Thriller after wards but its importance in popular culture should never be overlooked. If Micheal Jackson had only kept his sanity....
