  • inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0Wow, newjon...are you in your own little world? If you think that this case is going well for Jammie Thomas, you are insane. She probably ***** her pants when they revealed that they had proof that the username on Kazaa was the same one that she used on many sites, and her Windows login. And then the ftac that her music library was very eclectic and matched up perfectly with what was found available on Kazaa, under said username.

    This is a "preponderance of evidence" case, yet they just supplied "beyond a reasonable doubt" evidence. I can only assume that the RIAA was saving that piece of evidence for trial. Because if Jammie's lawyers knew about it and didn't immediately tell her to settle, then he deserves to be disbarred.
