He can still make a ton of money doing his own thing. Look at Trent Reznor. The only thing Reznor has going is that everyone knows him. As long as you promote Conte by digging him, and telling people about it, he will do fine.

Talent is only 1 piece of the puzzle, you see singers all the time, but you can see how strong his work ethics are with the creation of music. I mean he doesn't even have a band to jam with!
