Iron Maiden Pelted with Eggs During Ozzfest by Sharon Osbourne and Cronies

roadrunnerrecords.com — In one of the most shameful events in recent rock history, legendary metal band Iron Maiden was pelted with eggs, bottlecaps, ice, cups and other trash during their set in Devore, California. Apparently, there had been animosity between Sharon Osbourne and Maiden's leadsinger Bruce Dickinson, resulting in the PA being cutoff mid-song.

  • Shadowdom999, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Was at Ozzfest in Pittsburgh -Maiden stole the show. I was not but now am a big fan. No fan deserves to have a concert ruined because $haron Osborn is worried her cash cow is being upstaged.
    I read that Ozzy missed a few dates and Maiden did full sets at those shows...I wish I had been at one of them.
    I don't care of the lead singer was (or is) a prick, people paid to see a show, not a juvenile (and potentially dangerous)
    One band has already come forward saying they were asked to participate in the egging but declined, so it was an organized and malicious act.
    Hope she gets her ass sued off.
