- Nickbc87, on 10/15/2009, -0/+4Dugg for The Roots! One of the most amazing, under-appreciated bands ever.
- jeffh4, on 10/15/2009, -0/+4Poor, poor John Cleese. Noone wanted to dance with him. Even Jimmy Fallon wouldn't ask him.
- SooperSonic, on 10/15/2009, -4/+8Surreal. And it's the only time I'll ever watch anything Jimmy Fallon-related.
- chocobomog, on 10/15/2009, -0/+4The student body used to sing this at college football games when our team was (frequently) losing by a large margin. The football team (and coach in particular) didn't like it very much, and the opposing team's fans would cheer and sway to the beat. Very catchy indeed.
- web2pointYo, on 10/15/2009, -0/+3Now maybe you see what the song is trying to say.
When faced with the unimaginable blackness that awaits us all, we might as well just say "o well" and whistle a little tune as we wait for the beautiful abyss!
Have a great day :) - roflbrothel, on 10/15/2009, -0/+3A+++!!1@ GREAT COMMENT! WOULD DIGG AGAIN!
- ramilehti, on 10/15/2009, -0/+3That song always makes me feel good.
- snowblind113, on 10/15/2009, -0/+3I saw Monty Python Spamalot, they sang this and rushed the crowd getting everyone involved, it was quite amazing
- bikepundit, on 10/15/2009, -0/+3Dugg for roots tuba
- Drybones01, on 10/15/2009, -0/+2What a great show. I remeber seeing it on broadway years ago with David Hyde Pierce, Hank Azaria, and Tim Curry. Gotta be the best cast ever on broadway.
Watching Hank Azaria fart in the general direction of Niles Crane has to be one of the highlights in all of entertainment. - Gosunkugi, on 10/15/2009, -0/+2The entire episode aside from the monologue was the best Late Night With Jimmy Fallon will probably ever be, and that's not even that much of a diss to Fallon as I dislike him a whole lot less than most. The first couple minutes of the interview where the Pythons steadfastly refused to let Fallon interview them and instead screwed with the chairs, talked en masse, and wandered off into the audience was fantastic. It's a pity Hulu cut out the "It's" clip at the start of the full episode, I thought that was a nice touch.
- AdmiralAcbar, on 10/15/2009, -1/+2Damn, Eric Idle's looking old :(
- confoundedjoe, on 10/15/2009, -0/+1Why is it NBC uses a different player for each website? Why don't they just use the Hulu player? It actually looks really good and has full screen controls that GO AWAY when you stop touching the mouse.
Either way, this was pretty awesome. - OutAndAbout, on 10/15/2009, -0/+1The actual interview was hysterical and the Pythons owned the stage, the audience, and Jimmy as well.
- Javlington, on 10/15/2009, -0/+1:D
- evilregis, on 10/15/2009, -3/+4One minute seems like an awful long commercial. Just saying.
- Jektal, on 10/15/2009, -0/+1They also ended the last show of the recent "An evening without Monty Python" show with that. Is that the new "show's over" song for all things Python?
- jeffh4, on 10/15/2009, -0/+1Does anyone know what Jimmy and Eric were singing at the end? It sounded like some alternate lyrics.
- Kronos6948, on 10/15/2009, -0/+1...and down. Mirror anyone?
- SatansMagicHat, on 10/15/2009, -0/+1especially for a 3 minute clip. It almost takes less time to torrent the whole show.
- snowblind113, on 10/15/2009, -0/+1Tim Curry was amazing in it, I loved his accent, I wish he and the show would come back to Broadway.. I think its still on tour though which is nice to know.
- catalyst2590, on 10/15/2009, -4/+2"always look on the bright side of life, *whistle whistle whistle whistle*" very catchy
- pablopez, on 10/15/2009, -5/+0...to sell out.
- aosmitty, on 10/15/2009, -6/+0watching this two seconds at a time every thirty seconds is TOTALLY FREEKIN SWEET >.<
