It makes the front page, brings attention, and voila! A 30 sec superbowl spot. While there's nothing wrong with this viral strategy, in fact looking at the other contestants, she probably deserve it, there's one flaw. Digg users hate myspace. Besides, what so good about being signed with a major label nowadays?

Dark Side of the Moon is absolutely incredible. Tool's Aenema and 10,000 days is absolutely incredible. This is just a good, catchy song.

Sure, you might be able to rattle off 5 names or so who have pulled it off, but out of the thousands upon thousands of people trying to get noticed, those odds suck.

In fairness to her she has a very good voice and looks cute but the whole thing is staged and having giving the "web cam" earthy feel to the videos just stinks of Lonelygirl15 tactics.
