- Canuk, on 08/27/2008, -1/+101This is just Axl with some bunch of guys.
It's not Guns without Slash - inactive, on 08/28/2008, -3/+58Axl Rose is one of the biggest douchebags in the universe.
- Sawlid, on 08/27/2008, -3/+56Great.. maybe Axl will take this as another excuse to delay Chinese Democracy once again...
14 years and counting - Panzwhore, on 08/28/2008, -8/+44Shouldn't they be doing something more important?
- krekc, on 08/27/2008, -15/+50Ohhh such a vicious criminal for streaming an album. Give him capital punishment!! All the while rapists and child molesters walk the streets.
- inactive, on 08/28/2008, -12/+45***** THE FBI
***** THE RIAA - gumby013, on 08/28/2008, -2/+34Should arrest Axl for leaking all of the songs then too.
- Kintara, on 08/27/2008, -11/+40Dammit! This album is as bad as Duke Nukem Forever. Growing up in the 80's this band was the *****. Today the band is *****.
- inactive, on 08/28/2008, -0/+27By the time this ***** comes out, the Chinese WILL have a proper democracy, and he'll have to change it to American Democracy in order to be all "edgy".
- noahsawyer, on 08/28/2008, -2/+26"The Family Entertainment and Copyright Act of 2005 makes the sharing of prelease copyright material a felony punishable by up to three years in prison and up to $250,000 in fines."

Bad. - NickD, on 08/27/2008, -8/+32Civil offenses being published in the press like criminal offenses? Smells like the RIAA is behind this.
- inactive, on 08/28/2008, -2/+19Because you'd have to be 35 to hear all of their old stuff and enjoy it, right?

***** CATS AND DOGS THINK THEY OWN EVERYTHING - kelpee, on 08/28/2008, -3/+18Rock Stars...Musicians....Artists. Whatever you want to call them they are all just greedy bastards to me. There was a time before the internet that people would tape stuff from the radio, they would exchange cassette tapes and copy blank ones. mnnn Mixed tape goodness. It really said a lot about a person.
No one said anything back then. There was no way to track it, but it was going on. The money, the lifestyle, was granted to those who deserved it. Those Gods who were good enough to fill stadiums and sell T shirts. Guns N Roses were Gods in their day. It's a shame that Axel Rose is so musically impotent that he can't finish an album and cries like a whiney little bitch when it gets leaked. Retire Axel, time has passed you by.
***** the RIAA (and Fox News).
And ***** the FBI! Aren't there terrorists to track or little girls missing that need to be found? Pinheads. - StuartGibson, on 06/14/2009, -2/+17But not, you understand, in any real, practical or personally identifiable way.
- sgtbutterscotch, on 08/28/2008, -5/+18While we're at it, lets stop arresting anyone who commits any sort of white-collar crime.
- fahrvergnuugen, on 08/28/2008, -2/+15He and 3D Realms are in a race
- FreeTalkLIve, on 08/28/2008, -0/+13So where did this guy get the songs in the first place?
- georgemason01, on 08/28/2008, -0/+12Were you actually considering it before?
- punkcat, on 08/28/2008, -3/+14i'd like to see how Axl can claim damages from lost sales in this
- sirbeta, on 08/28/2008, -0/+10That's wonderful. A guy will have a remarkably hard time getting a job for the rest of his life because he shared a few unreleased songs.
- ChayesFSS, on 08/28/2008, -6/+15are you sure they didn't just arrest him for playing guns n' roses in 2008?
- TSK05, on 08/28/2008, -1/+10Your mom, now shut up.
- DarthShaun, on 08/28/2008, -5/+14I don't think you understood what he's getting at.
- eloestea, on 08/28/2008, -2/+11Axl once said Kurt Cobain killed his career, funny how another K.C. is messing with him now.
Seriously, I dont think anybody 30 and above gives a damn about this. The last time GNR was relevant was when Rockstar used Welcome to the Jungle in the commercial for San Andreas. - acknotSW, on 08/28/2008, -3/+11This guy was a total idiot, streaming it from his own website!?!?
If he came to me looking for a job, I wouldn't hire him because of that and the felony wouldn't even come into play. - phoenixshard, on 08/28/2008, -1/+9Its not Guns N Roses with only Axl. He lost his rock status when Tommy Hillfiger kicked his butt. Not particularly interested in anything that comes out from them now.
- Niubai, on 08/28/2008, -0/+8After more than a decade without listen properly to Guns N' Roses, last week I recovered from the bottom of one of my cd shelf dusted cds of Appetite for Destruction and Use your Illusion 1 and 2 and I was kind ... wow, these guys were ***** good. Appetite for Destruction is a great album, probably on the top list of the 80's best rock albums.
- dannydyer1000, on 08/28/2008, -1/+9No, dude, you're getting it kinda wrong. He's not saying that the paedophiles and rapists are remaining on the streets with this guy going to jail, he's saying that this is largely energy wasted on the government's part that could have been utilized elsewhere.
So, yeah, in a backwards way, he's playing the "think of the children card," blah blah blah, but MORE IMPORTANTLY it's that this guy did not commit a felony in my book (excuse the expression, I know it's stupid) and does not deserve to be hunted down like a criminal. - Zergvasion, on 08/28/2008, -2/+10New Guns N' Roses = New Metallica
Next please. - skyshock1, on 08/28/2008, -6/+14The FBI? Really? Don't they have bigger criminals to catch than a ***** copyright violator?
What's next FBI, jay-walking? - inactive, on 08/28/2008, -1/+8This has GOT to be a publicity stunt. No one gives a ***** about this band that calls themselves Guns & Roses. Didn't Axl call the police on some fans at a hotel a couple years back for being too loud?
***** Axl.
***** the RIAA
***** the MPAA - inactive, on 08/28/2008, -5/+12In protest I will not buy this album.
- maxer64, on 08/28/2008, -0/+7Did you just put Poison next to Guns N Roses and Van Halen? Don't get me wrong, hair rock in general sucks, but Van Halen, Guns N Roses, and Motley Crue are a few of the bands that were actually good.
But Poison? Did you know any guys that owned a Poison album? - cawpin, on 08/28/2008, -1/+7I'm 29 next month. Appetite For Destruction was the first album I knew all the words to. I was 8 when it came out. Eat me.
- donveto, on 08/28/2008, -1/+7Agreed without Slash, the new GNR is worthless.
- inactive, on 08/28/2008, -1/+7Wow that's so rock and roll.
Oh no wait, it's ***** lame. - Matt2k, on 08/28/2008, -3/+8Actually I totally agree with the parent poster. I know what you guys are thinking. Oh Matt2k, you can't be serious? But I am deadly serious. krekc has shown me the light. The blinding illumination of truth. As long as rapists and pedophiles and murderers walk the streets, I'd like to see one hundred percent of police action dedicated to stopping them. The rest of us will need some sort of way to defend our property, so I propose arming the entire civilian population and instituting the tried and true code of the wild wild west and vigilante justice. I also really like whiskey and poker so this idea sings true to my heart.
Let's put cops and lawyers back on the streets where they belong -- Catching pedophiles! - punkcat, on 08/28/2008, -1/+6they've been available for a long time now, youtube can even be source.
i've heard "demo" tracks for over a year. - heystoopid, on 08/28/2008, -4/+9Give the guy a medal showing the world just how bad and mediocre G&R are !
- vilago, on 08/28/2008, -5/+10hear hear
- neo926, on 08/28/2008, -0/+5Buried for being inaccurate. We all know there are no actual songs from Chinese Democracy, so they can't be leaked to begin with.

He's always been a douche when it comes to bootlegs and any infringement on his profits. - peestandingup, on 08/28/2008, -0/+5Its not just the absence of Slash. Its that they've had like ***** 20 different members over all these years, doing recordings here & there.
Its just a big joke now. - vilago, on 08/28/2008, -0/+4your so right. i wont even bother with this one in light of this circumstances. GUNS N ROSES REUNION!!!!
- galore, on 08/28/2008, -9/+13LOL! Getting arrested in the USA for essentially exercising "Free Speech" by distributing tightly controlled singing (a form of speech) called "Chinese Democracy" (!).
- cygnus2112, on 08/28/2008, -5/+9Are you one of them?
- chinolofus, on 08/28/2008, -0/+4slash is black?
