Enjoy - Drull, on 10/11/2007, -6/+54The RIAA is so going to pwn her.
- GeneralChang, on 10/11/2007, -4/+44"I'm Afraid of Americans" by David Bowie & NiN
- RyeBrye, on 10/11/2007, -3/+40I went and submitted it. I think this would be extremely worthwhile - but the problem is, there's no transparency here. We could get 3.5 million votes for "Capital G by Nine Inch Nails" - and the next highest could get 1 thousand votes, but she would go with whatever she wants and lie and say it's what the people wanted.
There is no chance I'd ever vote for her - but I will say this... IF by some chance Capital G does get the highest number of votes and she says "I had a poll... this is what the people said they wanted... and I'm going to listen to the people..." she'd come CLOSE to getting my vote... - cunnybungler, on 10/11/2007, -4/+41I think "Capital G" would be a bit more topical, personally...
- FearMEiDEA, on 10/11/2007, -4/+36Ok I went and put in appx 150 votes for "Capital G" by NIN. Mind you i'm at work.
When I get home lemme sit down and write a little script, and let it run all night. :) - jsmucker, on 10/11/2007, -15/+44It would be cool. I will not vote for her tho.
- ODSTKuk, on 10/11/2007, -3/+32Hell with that. I say the Team America Them song from Team America World Police
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -6/+27Yeah, let's not taint NIN by associating them with an anti-gaming douchebag like Hillary Clinton, thanks.
Anyone but Clinton in '08. - Stonedonkey, on 10/11/2007, -5/+23Oh cool, I've been waiting to get these in MP3 form. Oh wait, no I haven't.
- BOOFMAN, on 10/11/2007, -5/+23I vote for "Head like a hole"
- Vezran, on 10/11/2007, -5/+21I voted for Smack my Bitch Up by Prodigy, I think it suits her.
- lava, on 10/11/2007, -4/+18Just like You Imagined, the song from the 300 trailer, would be hilarious! Imagine Hillary stepping up to the podium, throwing babies off cliffs.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-fy_HQuEzQU - mancat, on 10/11/2007, -5/+19you want to feel hillary clinton from the inside?
- FearMEiDEA, on 10/11/2007, -7/+20Head like a hole.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -4/+16"closer is the most mainstream crap to come out of this Perfect band."
Does mainstream have a sound? I'm angry. Typing VERY heavily on the keyboard right now. - greenriver572, on 10/11/2007, -1/+10how about "America, ***** yeah"
- Darmichar, on 10/11/2007, -7/+15I can't believe no one thought of this before now.
Isn't 'Bitch' by Meredith Brooks the obvious choice? - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -5/+12I was thinking
Cold Hard Bitch - Jet
Bitch - Meredith Brooks - loganhuddleston, on 10/11/2007, -2/+9thats exactly what i think. she'll pick what she wants. i met her once in DC, what a dull lady. smart, but very dull.
- Wren5, on 10/11/2007, -3/+10Post your blogs somewhere else. Direct link or keep it off my Digg.
- jrsims, on 10/11/2007, -2/+8Better suited to Romney or Giuliani's campaign. :)
- PapaZit, on 10/11/2007, -3/+9Why does Digg have a love affair with NIN and Reznor?
- EJTower, on 10/11/2007, -2/+7wow that's incredibly, a politician not paying attention to what the people want? haha. How could that happen? I mean the last few years we've been marching around the world crushing people because we all voted for bush right?
- umrgregg, on 10/11/2007, -15/+20Just as long as it's "Closer"! Any other song would not make sense.
- handsoffme, on 10/11/2007, -5/+10I voted for Smack That by Akon cause it comes in my head everytime i see that hot ho
- skeeve, on 10/11/2007, -3/+8OK OK OK I don't really care what song it is, but there's an external web site that chose Nine Inch Nails, Capitol G. Normally I'd say vote for whatever the hell you want to vote for, but in this case if we could rally around Capitol G, it might actually happen... And THAT would be hilarious. Voting for whatever the hell you want is throwing your vote away.
- merreborn, on 10/11/2007, -4/+9When the hell are people going to learn that these sorts of web polls are bound to be abused? People magazine learned this back in 1998....
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hank_the_Angry_Drunken_Dwarf - Gir53457, on 10/11/2007, -0/+5I want Master of Puppets.
- geekee, on 10/11/2007, -7/+12Hillary Clinton doesn't take a position on anything without taking a poll first.
- MaxPowers, on 10/11/2007, -1/+6Hillary Clinton and NIN go together like turkey basters and trilobites
- rebopper, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4posted by stattek (at the bottom of the page for some reason...)
http://resync.net/~cut/hillary.html
Automates the NIN vote.. - loveandrockets, on 10/11/2007, -1/+5I voted for "War Pig" by Black Sabbath.
(Not my idea, Wonkette's.) - artfuldodga, on 10/11/2007, -1/+5haha, i voted. digg this up people! go to her site and submit "Capital G" - NIN
- AwesomeMonster, on 10/11/2007, -4/+7Never Gonna give you up. Rickroll her.
- ruley, on 10/11/2007, -3/+6i cant trust a poll that doesnt even show you the current results
she'll pick whatever she wants because there are no CHECKS and Balances - pisanoromano, on 10/11/2007, -6/+9This is stupid and just goes to show how retarded most voters are out there.
YEAH, let's worry about a ***** ***** theme song for a campaign rather than the important issues.
KUDOS AMERICA! - jefffm, on 10/11/2007, -1/+4but seriously, this is a legitimate point. i have better songs in mind, but this is what the internet collective has decided on, so we should unite so that this actually happens.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -2/+5There are two versions.
One Bowie did without Reznor, and the other that he did with Reznor.
The video in which Reznor appears is also the version he sings on. - GunOfTheMartyr, on 10/11/2007, -2/+5Please don't associate NIN and a hell spawn like Clinton.
- cnot3, on 10/11/2007, -11/+14yeah I would not ruin the good name of NIN by attatching it to hildawg.
- fino35, on 10/11/2007, -2/+4No, you're supposed to vote for "Fresh Prince of Bel Air theme" -Will Smith
- rakslice, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2boozedrinker: "Trent isn't going to let one of his beautiful works, no matter how political, become so commercial - this is known as 'SELLING OUT'."
Heheheheheheheheh....
[For those who don't understand why that is funny, Trent is a chart-topping major label artist, and his music has been used in video games, movies, movie trailers , tv shows, etc. So, not to knock what boozedrinker was trying to say, but 'SELLING OUT' wasn't exactly the perfect metaphor choice =) ] - TKDWILSON, on 10/11/2007, -3/+5HEY! Get it straight. Hillary is using one song and one song only,
"I'm going to get you get you drunk get you drunk off my lady hump, my hump, my hump, my lovely lady hump."
Who cares what it means. It's provocative. It gets the crowd going. - Gatesophile, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3I voted for the Fresh Prince of Bel Air theme. :P
- FAT_PIGGY, on 10/11/2007, -4/+6***** Hilary
- hmac, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Maaan, I miss Wesley Willis.
