Dr Who Fans Set For Proms Special

news.bbc.co.uk — Doctor Who fans will get to see a specially-filmed scene starring David Tennant at a BBC Proms concert dedicated to the sci-fi drama.

    • ghm101, on 07/28/2008, -0/+3Pretty much the opposite actually, the full prom season is really inclusive with a highly diverse mix of music, ranging from primary school kids choirs, jazz to your full orchestra.

      You seem to be ignorant of what the prom season has evolved into over the past 6-8 years.

      The Albert hall is an amazing venue.

I didn't like her in the Christmas episode and was worried that the show would suffer. However, despite the first episode of the season in which I still didn't like her, The rest of this last season was awesome. I completely changed my mind about her during the Pompeii episode and the Library two-parter is tied in my mind for the best of the new series with Blink. I can't wait to see what Steven Moffet is going to do when he is in charge.

  • d3designs, on 07/29/2008, -0/+2The whole concert really was amazing. I've listened to it quite a few times, and I am still enjoying it! This just whets my appetite for the Season 4 soundtrack CD.

    Btw, there is a FLAC lossless version of the entire 2hr concert floating around in the tubes for those who look. ;)
