Deeply flawed IPI ‘piracy’ study
p2pnet.net — The Institute for Policy Innovation, a ‘think-tank’ founded by congressman Dick Armey, has released a deeply flawed, 32-page ‘study‘ purporting to prove “rampant global piracy of recorded music” has cost the US $12.5 billion and 71,060 jobs “annually,” flatly states its press release.
