- castevens, on 01/23/2009, -38/+701That's actually very clever
- BohicaTwentyTwo, on 01/23/2009, -8/+533WAT? Britney Spears is a cunning linguist?
- Dumbledorito, on 01/23/2009, -9/+357They only know about this because someone under 16 explained it to them.
- SlackerCS, on 01/23/2009, -14/+283I would have loved this when I was 11. If I could take a break from writing 5318008 on my calculator, that is.
For those saying it's clever, listen to the song. It's really not. A sample lyric:
"Love me, hate me, but can't you see what I see? All of the boys and all of the girls are begging to if you seek Amy,"
If she had at least made some attempt to make the lyrics make sense without the "hidden" meaning, it may have been clever. As it is it's just silly. I feel bad for her writers. It's gotta be brutal writing songs that (a) appeal to stupid people and (b) only have four notes. - plugy, on 01/23/2009, -7/+200who is this amy girl? and why would i want to seek her so badly?
- toxicityj, on 01/23/2009, -5/+198I probably would have never noticed it if they hadn't brought it up...
- khaosx2030, on 01/23/2009, -10/+171Wait... Britney Spears is still alive?
- Chompy, on 01/23/2009, -6/+157Don't you understand the danger? If kids see/hear the word *****, then they might do it! Only by censoring song titles can these parents maintain the illusion that teens aren't having sex.
- NyteStarNyne, on 01/23/2009, -2/+144I guess parents don't realize that when they do stuff like this, it makes the song more popular than it would have been sans-whining. Good job.
- Vicelord, on 01/23/2009, -9/+150Parents Television Council is complaining about what's on the radio? .. They should disband the PTC .. There are a lot more Geniune problems in the world that deserve our attention. The PTC is just BS
- Tob3z, on 01/23/2009, -14/+124Despite the fact that she is messed up.
I'd hit it.
With my penis. - bundwallah, on 01/23/2009, -5/+111It's been done long ago.
Aerosmith's. "If You See Kay" a lyric to their song Devil's Got A New disguise. Granted the phrase is a lyric and not the title. Either way, its been done before.

- inactive, on 01/23/2009, -5/+78Musicians have been writing songs about sex for decades.
Parents need to wake the ***** up and remember that they were exposed to the same things as kids and turned out just fine.
Stop sterilizing the world. - protodon, on 01/23/2009, -5/+76This is so insignificant.
- csxero, on 01/23/2009, -7/+62LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE
- MaximusD, on 01/23/2009, -0/+53Britney's sofa king we todd did.
- AmyVernon, on 01/23/2009, -4/+54http://instantrimshot.com
- JustLetGo, on 01/23/2009, -1/+48She's not. She didn't write this stuff.
- av4rice, on 01/23/2009, -3/+48My dixie wrecked so I'm just going to take off my pants and jacket
- Vidalsassgirlie, on 01/23/2009, -5/+50PLEASE THINK OF THE CHILDREN!
Everybody knows that if children hear four letter words, they will be forced into a life or poverty, crime, and prostitution. The F word should be illegal. It ruins children. The song should use the word "intercourse". That way, there would be no problem even though it means the exact same thing. I hope president Obama gets on this right now. - Cofaloaf, on 01/23/2009, -2/+46It's Britney bitch.
- sonicfrog, on 01/23/2009, -4/+37Jeez, how unoriginal can you get. April Wine pulled this stunt twenty eight years ago.
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xg3zl_april-wine- ... - inactive, on 01/23/2009, -9/+41Its not clever, its her manager or whoever trying desperately to keep her in the public eye. This is a classic Madonna stunt, using something sexually explicit to get attention. Remember her making out with black Jesus in "Like a Prayer"? They understand that there is no such thing as bad publicity. They know that the primary demographic for her music is 14 year old girls. They know the 24/7 news channels will grab this and run wild, conservative groups will whine. While some call her the evidence of moral decline, others will think she is pushing the envelope of art and what is a woman's role in a male dominated society (not many). When actually she's just an aging child star trying hard not to become obsolete.
- KibblesnBitts, on 01/23/2009, -4/+33I sought Amy once, but then she turned out to be a total bitch
- johnholden, on 01/23/2009, -1/+30Does music even matter when you're a Britney Spears fan?
- albybum, on 01/23/2009, -0/+28Sofa King Wee Todd Ed
- ExSlashdotter, on 01/23/2009, -1/+28Spell it out and pronounce it fast: F - U - C - K
F - You - See - Kay me
"if you seek amy" = "***** me" - AaronCo, on 01/23/2009, -5/+32Oh nooo, not the seks0r!
What, are we an entire nation of 13 year olds now? And does anyone actually want to F Britney anymore? With that baggage? - AndrewMoyer, on 01/23/2009, -1/+27Would have been much better if it went like this...
"Love me, hate me, but can't you see what I see? All of the boys and all of the girls, I C U P." - arsheroica, on 01/23/2009, -4/+29How in the hell is this "clever"? It doesn't even work on two levels - it's just "f-u-c-k me". "All of the girls and all of the boys are begging to if you seek Amy" isn't even a coherent ***** sentence. GOD DAMN.
- akaakc, on 01/23/2009, -1/+24Please tell me you didn't just include a Britney Spears song in a comment referencing a South Park movie...
You should have your Internet license taken away. - ivanmarsh, on 01/23/2009, -6/+28Britney Spears is a dirty whore? I had no idea.
BTW: not original... If you see kay - April Wine. - analogkid01, on 01/23/2009, -1/+23What is this "sex"?
- jerstud56, on 01/23/2009, -1/+22http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWKpfgWjf60 - Song with lyrics, if you wanna hear what they're talking about.
Some of the lyrics:
Love me, hate me
Can't you see what I see?
All of the boys and all of the girls
Are begging to if you seek Amy - Suzilla, on 01/23/2009, -0/+21Not just BS -- they're actually more like a marketing arm for no-talents such as Spears and those who produce crap such as hers. The generate contraversy -- read: publicity -- and that's a good thing, especially when you're trying to sell the unsellable.
- SPThom, on 01/23/2009, -0/+20I thought it was clever too.
Then I listened to the song and heard how ridiculously silly sounding the whole thing is... lost all it's cool points. - deadmoo, on 01/23/2009, -1/+21That was sofa king we tod it.
- sigmaman2, on 01/23/2009, -5/+25This is funny in a "Middle-school bathroom humor before the Principal walks in" kind of way. But still, it's funny. I'd put this somewhere below "Bigger, Longer, and Uncut."
- Kahnza, on 01/23/2009, -4/+23How asinine.
- milarepa, on 01/23/2009, -1/+20Who are these parents that call radio stations and federal bureaus complaining about indecent lyrics? Every generation has these yahoos, but who the hell are these people in real life? I mean come on. Someone complained about "Louie Louie" in like 1965 and the FBI investigated it for 2 ***** years. And now it's on kids shows or whatever. Just because you have delicate sensibilities, doesn't mean you have to grab your censorship sabre and start rattling off everywhere like a god damn prudish loon.
- tonycomp, on 01/23/2009, -6/+25im 23 years old and i dont get it... i feel so ancient :(
- CJWilson, on 01/23/2009, -2/+21put me down for a hell ***** yes. i'd still love to do unforgivable things to that girls body.
- chuckDontSurf, on 01/23/2009, -1/+20Beastie Boys - mid 80's: 3MTA3 (requires mirror)
- NyQuilPillz, on 01/23/2009, -0/+18*****.... im 23 and it took me like 5 minutes listening to the song to figure out what was going on! and i read the article twice! good thing i paid out the ass for a college degree :rolls eyes:
- cheezintern, on 01/23/2009, -1/+19It's too late :GASP: Now I want to have sex!
- sjm20k, on 01/23/2009, -0/+18the bitch who wrote it is older than you dude.
- inactive, on 01/23/2009, -3/+21To everyone digging down Chompy's reply: WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH!
- KMFDM781, on 01/23/2009, -1/+18The woman is grown now. She can say whatever she wants in the song. The radio stations don't have to play the song, which is probably terrible anyway. The parents have to realize that if the kids "get it" already, the damage is done...those that don't...who cares?
