    The sad truth is that the only easily attainable way for uneducated, low-income kids to make enough cash to live a good life is to sling drugs on the side. They end up getting bigger, start drinking the expensive liquors, buy a cool car, but they end up getting arrested. All the assets are going to be seized by the police. In the big picture, the kids sell the drugs and the legal system puts them away and ends up sitting on the cash.

    It's going to stay that way indefinitely until there is motivation for change.
