There my good deed for the day. - babyheadout, on 01/21/2009, -1/+76I'm so hip, my favorite band hasn't formed yet.
- neverender, on 01/21/2009, -9/+76when you stop secretly buying their cd's.
- ericditmer, on 01/21/2009, -2/+59Something tells me Combichrist isn't going to "blow up" in 2009.
- jts10, on 01/21/2009, -0/+39I'm so underground, I listen to blank cassette tapes
- ligyron, on 01/21/2009, -3/+40Is this a terrorist plot?
- pathouston22, on 01/21/2009, -12/+44Last time I checked, I can't see the band through my speakers. Who cares what they look like.
- Jeremy82465, on 01/21/2009, -3/+31Am I the only one who hopes this article is oh so very wrong?
- protogenxl, on 01/21/2009, -5/+3215 Bands That Are Going To Sell Out In 2009

This applies to everyone. - Munceenuts, on 01/21/2009, -3/+23Passion Pit is amazing.
But I don't think any of these bands will "blow up". - thirty6chambers, on 01/21/2009, -8/+26who the hell cares what bands look like. they don't sell photo albums.
- Satualanus69, on 01/21/2009, -10/+27Sweet!!! more lame bands that get their songs played over a hundred times a day on the radio!

- twertyto, on 01/21/2009, -2/+13Well they sound the same as well.
- Henweigh, on 01/21/2009, -1/+12I'm waiting out all this ***** til 2011, the return of grunge
- twertyto, on 01/21/2009, -0/+9My favorite singer blew out his brains before his band formed.
- inactive, on 01/21/2009, -4/+13That doesn't make sense. Longing for originality is a youthful trait. It's your grandparents that hate change.
- DismantleRepair, on 01/21/2009, -5/+14Buried for 15 ***** pages.
- mywhitenoise, on 01/21/2009, -6/+15indie/hipster trend never made it big. what the ***** are you talking about?
Unless you consider bands like Fallout Boy, Disturbed, Linkin Park, and Maroon 5 "indie/hipster". - fugazied, on 01/21/2009, -3/+11Have you even heard these bands? The bands listed there were from nearly every category, indie, dance, synth pop, rock, industrial, so you hate all of those genres?. Do you hate the music or just the way they look? And if you judge music by the way band members look, obviously you aren't a music fan.
- Fuckmypooplease, on 01/21/2009, -7/+15Where's the metal at?
- t1n0m3n, on 01/21/2009, -0/+8I'm so flexible, I can give myself a rim job.
- FeloniusMonkey, on 01/21/2009, -2/+10What about Wilson Phillips or Heart? Ann Wilson's been busting at the seams for quite some time. This could be the year she actually blows up!
- roctimo, on 01/21/2009, -0/+7Were you a part of the dude choir?
- thekefka, on 01/21/2009, -1/+8This is what we have to look forward to?
Weak sauce. - MadThrasher, on 01/21/2009, -0/+7When there is no more money to be had in it, and a new wave of music emerges. Then all the people who are on the current indie/trendster will realize there is no more money to be had, and they will hop on to the new wave/genre. Just look at musical history.
- jba68, on 01/21/2009, -15/+21HAHA You are officially old
- inactive, on 01/21/2009, -1/+7They'll blow up just like GWAR did.
- inactive, on 01/21/2009, -1/+7What is this... "radio" you speak of?
- cannonball, on 01/21/2009, -0/+5i wished they had some kind of web app to listen to the music on each page, but instead they have some dry text and a picture for each page. it is kind of lame for 15 pages.
- warMen, on 01/21/2009, -2/+7what about 3oh!3?
- Bloodwine, on 01/21/2009, -1/+6Every single image on that page exudes douchebaggery.
- theradical, on 01/21/2009, -2/+7is that what indie/hipster is now? it just looks like recycled pop-punk sans all the bracelets.
- xOpifex, on 01/21/2009, -0/+5Needs more metal.
3 Inches of Blood and The Sword are both bands that deserve more attention. - inactive, on 01/21/2009, -0/+5I got to #12 before I realized that "Blow up" was a good thing.
I wondered why in their "Most likely to blow up" they were getting compliments. X| - Satualanus69, on 01/21/2009, -0/+5***** that Oderus and Martini can drug them under the table any time or place and eat there aborted kids..................well Oderus would
- eastwood24, on 01/21/2009, -0/+5that's what she said
- GarrettGrimsley, on 01/22/2009, -0/+5http://questionablecontent.net/view.php?comic=126
- Manchildcartoon, on 01/21/2009, -1/+6I come from a family who is 4 generations deep in music.
I am no music snob I just call it like I see it. and yes I did take a listen and to me it sounds like all over produced studio garbage mixed with the current trend of looking as if you went to a cal arts school.
So to say I am not a music fan is ridiculous. My tastes range from Danzig, Elvis, Hank Williams Sr., Robert Johnson, Megadeth, Bo Diddly, Buddy Ritch, ect...
So I am, a music fan as well as a musician. - meean, on 01/21/2009, -0/+5What about *insert favorite band that no one else cares about*!?!?
- docjunkie, on 01/21/2009, -0/+4dugg for Delta Spirit
- spepin, on 01/21/2009, -1/+5The Friendly Fires EP is great. It's a lot of fun. (They did the Wii Fit song if anyone is wondering..)
- TheCheeks, on 01/21/2009, -2/+6Already big.
- d0nkeyBOB, on 01/21/2009, -0/+4I've seen them. They are good the first time . . . . .then the gimmick wears out.
- ogmak, on 01/21/2009, -0/+4I've played with them in Rock Band. Pleasure (Pleasure!!)
