I'm sure they could have pulled it off for a few thousand dollars. IGN saw it and decided to use it as an April Fool's joke. Rainfall Films agreed because of the publicity their company would get.

If it's an amateur effort, it's a ***** master-piece. Sound, special effects, make-up, costume. That ***** isn't easy to do and it looks amazing.
