After searching through countless websites, this is the only website I found that quickly and easily fixed my problem with Shrek 3 not playing on my Xbox 360. I had rented "Knocked Up" and not even thought about it; however, a cookie that was downloaded from the movie to my HD DVD player on my Xbox affected my Shrek 3 HD DVD movie. Once I removed it, viola, the movie fired up right away. I spent two hours talking to Microsoft who kept telling me my Shrek disc was bad! I can't be the only one affected by this...spread the word. By the way, it seems to be related to status code: C66700A.
