In civil suits such as this, they only have to put "over $25,000". It could be $25 million for all we know but they do not have to specify. She attacked him first. Plain and simple. She didn't like what he was saying so she tried to forcibly remove the tools he was using. I bet the same people saying "HE went to far" are the same ones that think it's ok to forcibly silence people whom they don't agree with. I had a political argument last night with some friends, and as I was criticizing the methods of our government their most common responses were "GTFO of this country if you don't like it!!!!" Well to that and people who think like that I'd like to give out a big hardy "***** you." This IS my country and I have the right to not agree with some of it's policies, which is why I vote. Me wanting to change it does NOT make me anti-American. Cohen is using America's love of movies to point out some of the shallowness and ignorance of different groups of people, but he's doing it in a NON-VIOLENT way. This lady didn't like what she was hearing so instead of taking the proper steps into putting and end to it she did what most idiots would do and that is to start with violence.
