Oh, wait, this is Batman, he ALREADY has those things. Anyone remember the story arc where it turned out he had files on how to neutralize ALL the Justice league members "Just in case.?" He had viable plans for taking out Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash and everyone else and ALL OF THEM WORKED.
