duh. - klacour, on 10/12/2007, -8/+1The Super Bowl! And in HD (or at least 16:9) ...
- brundlefly76, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1This digg is actually an organic marketing device planted by Guba.com, which is a pay site which hosts Usenet content. I have watched this site's television content slowly evaporate, show by show, network by network, as they get served with DMCA notices from the copyright holders. What you see is whats left.

- RUFiO006, on 10/12/2007, -7/+2Shame we can't full screen it; awesome (yet legally dubious) nonetheless. Dugg.

- cvncpu, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3um, just paste the URL of the movie into your browser, and it will be almost fullscreen
- wonginator1221, on 10/12/2007, -5/+3guba.... hmmmm
how is this legal?- spyder91, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5It's probably not... but there are over 7 1/3 hours of Family Guy alone so you better start watching before it's gone.
- oneiroi, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2I use a different service for online tv viewing,
and the logic they use is that it's broadcasted over the air thus it can be recorded and played back. Just like you can record the radio and play it all you want.
Also there are no FBI warnings or such that you find on music and movies that forbid you from copying the content.
I think that DVD tv sales might change that, yet not for a while because it's a new item that's had rapid growth. So it's unlike music and movies where they've had a decline in sales, since television DVD sets were popularized very recently, their profits in the area have only increased. - FEWrecks, on 10/12/2007, -1/+18So you mean if I remove the FBI warnings from my DVDs I can reproduce and distribute them at will? You go first.
- RamezaniK, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Um, music does have FBI warnings, just look at newer CDs but that's besides the point. And yes, you can use the logic that if something's been aired you can record and rebroadcast as long as you credit the station it came from; however, i'm pretty sure that taking comercials out (or at least i think he did from what i saw) isn't legal. Also, a lot of that stuff came from a cable channel, and thats a no no. You can only legally record and rebroadcast stuff that goes out over the airwaves, i.e. your local channels. Plus, there are movies on that list too.
But i hope the site stays up. - oneiroi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1fewrecks,
we're talking about television shows that are out on television, not dvd's. At least I am. So nothing is being removed. - XR22, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0http://3couleurs.blogspot.com
- The2ndAct, on 10/12/2007, -0/+13Wow. This is what TV should be like. Except with a full screen option. Enjoy it while you can. (Watch Scrubs)
- spyder91, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4The video stretches to the size of your window, just maximize for full screen.
- amarcus, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2cool find.

- FullMetalMonkey, on 10/12/2007, -17/+3It gets kudos for Monty Python, but the fact that there is no Stargate sucks. Reluctantly Dugg

- wilhel1812, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I'm from Norway, but I'm close enough to know that Denmark is a part of EU, and I'm 100% sure that its not allowed in the EU

- Bootes, on 10/12/2007, -6/+8The real news story is guba.com GUBA is an automated Internet service that makes it easy to search for and view content posted to Usenet. Usenet is a global distributed bulletin board system that's been in existence for over 20 years. It's awesome!
- wilhel1812, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0the internet aint 20 years old yet...

- Books, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Well...how long till it goes down, either from us watching the shows so much or some damned agency.
- maks327, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4there's no fullscreen option, but the window is resizable (atleast in firefox) so you can get it plenty big.
also, this thing seems to be holding up pretty well considering thousands of diggers just simultaneously started streaming videos of farscape and family guy.- breakneckridge, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5If you're on OS X just use the built in screen zoom. Just enable zoom in the Universal Access system preference then hit apple-option-(plus sign) to zoom in on the video till it's full screen. (and apple-option-minus sign to zoom out).
- mv10, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1digg effect?
- steverl22, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1This is one of the greatest things ever, Boondocks on demand!!
- TheGuy20, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2How does it have Season 5 of Family Guy when we're only on Season 4 right now. What they have labeled as Season 5 Episode 8 is in reality Season 4 Episode 18.
- RandomSkratch, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3Actually season 4 wasn't very big (it ended with episode 10 - Model Misbehavior). Season 5 started with Peter's Got Wood.
- TheGuy20, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Peter's Got Woods is episode 414 according to the official family guy website.
- ptang, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Um...Season 4 is in two parts. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Family_Guy_episodes

Google rejects my NON Illegal sites and accepts this???? Google AdSense is a JOKE- timmarhy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+16cry more it's funny
- acr2001, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5Are you retarded?
Once a person submits a LEGIT site to google ad sense and gets the account they can put the ads on any site they want until google realizes they are breaking the rules.
- ChazKato, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3wow, this site is amazing.. i freaking love macgyver....
- MoFoKeR, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2most definitely dugg

- MRBarto, on 10/12/2007, -7/+0Yeahp... I'm crying... Anything wrong with that? Can't I just hate Google a little for stealing me U$S200?
- dfunked, on 10/12/2007, -3/+9Oh noes, this site is hosted on my server too. I will say that Jumba hosting are nothing short of EXCELLENT if you want hosting within Australia. If this is hosted on a dedicated Jumba server it will not suffer the digg effect, or will be able to sustain a lot of traffic.
http://www.jumba.com.au if you're interested.- callumj, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1He can withstand the digg effect since he doesn't actually host any of the files, just provides some simple HTML.
Damn these Internatioanl links! He needs to do an iptables rule for just Australia.
- callumj, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1He can withstand the digg effect since he doesn't actually host any of the files, just provides some simple HTML.
- jeromeerome, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4I predict it wont be long before this site gets shut down. Its cool though and should open up all the TV studios eyes to see how todays consumers really want to access all their content on-demand.
- disiskurt, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Wowzers, time for an Inspector Gadget/MacGyver marathon!
