Wrestling is a great full body workout, a functional basis for self-defense, an excellent addition for any American Football player, the foundation for the rejuvenated sport of MMA... AND as this movie shows a sport that both men and women can and should participate in. Title IX has ravaged this sport on the collegiate level and undeservedly so if you ask me. There's a reason why this sport has such a rich Olympic history but America has forgotten this. Thankfully, movies like "Perfect Sport" come along, socially-challenging while delightfully entertaining, reminding us how perfect the sport really is.
Oh and that LonelyGirl, Jessica Rose is easy on the eyes to boot.
