- ALaughingMan, on 07/07/2009, -1/+3Seriously, the black people in the theater were laughing the hardest over Skids and Mudflap. At the risk of sounding racist my self, I would say it's more a case of being stereotypical than being racist. We all know that a lot of rappers often have gold teeth and although 'bust a cap' is a bit dated, it was popular in rap at one point.

OMG the white guy robot can't dance and talks without contractions!

- kingofinternet, on 07/07/2009, -1/+1bruckheimer, bay, etc. movies were always racist or homophobic.
they threw in some racial ***** for ***** and giggles in every movie. - whatthefu, on 07/07/2009, -1/+1America has a long history of this kind of racist humor. In one way it was a cultural thing, but in another it was blatantly racist and hateful. It goes back to blackface and characters like Jim Crow and Zip Coon. Most people who are versed in history are aware of these kinds of connotations.
