She had supernatural strength, agility, reflexes, and stamina. She was able to quickly heal. Their powers are always on and not something they have control over. They are not like other magical beings that need to cast spells or need focal items to project their powers.

Then I saw Sarah in an interview in some tonight show and all my fascination with this woman pretty much disappeared. I could not stand listening to her talk. She is still a pretty woman though.
