A moment involving Short Stud as “Sid the Elf” in the c. late 1980’s film “Merry Xmas” would get my vote. In the scene, Stud apparently has difficulty ejaculating while copulating with a (much taller) female co-star. The “money shot” being what is in the industry - that is to say, everything - this presented a problem for both Stud and the film makers, alike.
