- thedewmonster, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Interesting article but as I've seen the movie, and on the big screen, I have to disagree with the reviewer on several points. I won't go into detail here but it'll be nice to have other people around to discuss it once it gets released by MGM. I personally would prefer seeing a larger scale theatre distribution versus only DVD release but that's because I thoroughly enjoyed watching it as it was meant by the creators to be seen and not some tiny crappy TV screen like I have at home. The sound and HD quality just won't come across as well on a cheap little 19-inch TV/VCR combo from the mid-1990's.
- gravityisalie, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0not a bad review , cant wait for the dvd
- Yovonne, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0I'm really looking forward to this coming out on DVD, but I wish I could get to a screening in a theater first. Just one of the downsides to living out away from it all. :-/
- teknikal, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0A fair review from variety but I have to agree with 'thedewmonster'. Having seen the film on the big screen it is a sight to behold!!.
- zerocool79, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0A reasoned balanced response there from variety.
- nanook660, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Good review, I really do want to see this on the Big Screen just for the expereince. But I will take it being released straight to DVD as well.
Peace and Hugs
