WTF? - tokyomonster, on 10/12/2007, -2/+19I don't think mine was made for the spiderman movie..it's been there since i can remember...

- tokyomonster, on 10/12/2007, -0/+12I think the real story is how ***** creepy that kideo.com site is. No one wants to stare at their grinning ***** of a sons face copied and pasted onto a spiderman cartoon. Or maybe they do. But I don't understand how..the trailer for it is going to give me nightmares. Who knew you could make so money doing the worst editing jobs ever.

- noseeme, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10Holy *****, that's creepy. I wonder if they would do the video with a picture of my ass.
- Qwiggalo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7“Spider-Mantm” lol
- noseeme, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6What about that thing that attaches to your body and squirts white goo in kids faces?

- xxenclavexx, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2a search on wal mart.com gives you a more comprehensive list of these spider man atrocities. I can't remember but did spider man ever ride an ATV or have a spider car?

The spider man movie would have been entirely different and more funny to watch. May be the movie director of "Scary Movie" will come up with this idea.
let us wait for next in the scary movie list. - Mrstupid7, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I'm going to have to agree with you there black|math. Emo Parker was just terrible.
- Paal, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1dude, i saw a Spider-Man *TABLE* at the store two days ago
0_o - vdog, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Where's the Spidersapien? Hulk or The Thing I could understand, but Spiderman doesn't translate well to a bulky, slow moving robot, that can't even pick itself up.
- wtfmate112, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1How could they put band-aids on that list? I remember when I was a kid I had super hero band aids.
- cryptic, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1this article should be called "i hate toys of the 90s".
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2I'm surprised the Spiderman enema didn't make the list.
- lykedoctor, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1This should definitely be up there:
http://www.maxmoto.co.uk/images/Aprilia%20SR50%20Spiderman.jpg - frepnog, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1zetec, there is one reason Batman can whip Superman. Kryptonite. Superman has a weakness, a rock that rids him of those pesky superpowers. Batman know this, and has exploited it. Spiderman's weakness is....
is... um....
running out of snappy banter? Or is it the one thing that Batman would not exploit - his loved ones. Batman would not choke Aunt May out or hang Mary Jane upside down from a bridge. Ergo, Spidey would whip his ass. - boson3, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2I used to have a SpiderMan mood ring. Got it from an ad in the back of a SpiderMan comic. Being a fan of the comics, I'll nominate for the worst tie-ins for me are these horrible Toby Mcguire movies. He certainly doesn't seem like Peter Parker, college student. More like Little Petey Parker, so-close-to-being-a-high-school-freshman student. Way too young of a choice to be believable. Low charisma, low savvy. Low talent. Blah. But, Hollywood IS out of ideas.....
- slezzzter, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Wow, those personalized videos are hilariously creepy.
When I was 4 I got a personalized cassette tape of songs which featured my name. Anyone else ever have one? I thought it was awesome, but then that was the 80's and everything was different. I wish I still had it, so I could realize just how creepy it probably is. - destinyland, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2On the same site: George Bush versus Spider-Man!
http://www.10zenmonkeys.com/2006/12/29/george-bush-vs-spider-man/ - zetec, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Walmart has Spider-man sodas.
Two flavors. - zetec, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Batman and Superman have faced off something like 27 times. Batman has won the majority. Against SUPERMAN. You don't think that a guy who can take down SUPES could take down a pussy like Parker?
- grapfx, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1My son was in awe of the dancing, singing Itsy Bitsy Spider Spiderman at teh WalMart whose electronic voice sounded like an adult actor doing a kids voice. Complete with Horns of Dionysus "rock-n-roll" hand gestures. It's a size of an Elmo TMX.
- w33tz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Why do you post this message all the time.
- dan7546, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1The toothbrush and slippers are ok there for kids but the rest are questionable
- frepnog, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2To w33tz -
Not to get into a comic fanboy argument, but Spidey could kick Batman's ass all over Gotham, for a few simple reasons - Spidey has super strength, and spider sense. Batman wouldn't be able to throw anything at him that Spidey wouldn't see coming. A little webbing to the face and Batman would be done. - daschupa, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1I don't think it's for the parents (unless they like to envision their sons as adults wearing spandex and climbing their local burger king). If I was a kid (and it was He-Man, not Spider-Man) I would have loved it and it's only $30. But yes, the video is freaking creepy, with that face, it's no wonder he wears a mask.

lol more from the same site... creepy as hell - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0i think there should be an update to this list just walk into a walmart right now and they should easily switch some of those out
- geoffallan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0In the UK we have an advert for processed ham (Bernard Matthews) with Spiderman III packaging, it was only a few months ago that this company had an outbreak of bird flu at one of there battery places, the things they do to gloss over a massive lack of ethics.

Batman would own Spidey anyday!!! - frepnog, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0I don't get why so many people seem to thing Tobey Mcguire isn't a very good Peter Parker. I have been reading Spidey comics since the 70's and collected and read ALOT of the comics from the 60's. In my mind, he plays the role almost perfectly - nerdy, unsure of himself, YOUNG, a little jaded and yet naive at the same time... all things that Peter Parker was in the comics. He WAS a high school student when he became Spider Man, the Saved By The Bell: Spidey's college years didn't really start till much later when he was more established. I loved the movies, on the whole they stay true to the comic roots while adding a few new things that made more sense, like the organic web shooters. Spider Man rocks, and the movies are perfect examples of comic book movies done right.

- Br0wn, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2How is putting spider man on a toothbrush and clothes bad? Did you forget kids read comics too. The only weird one is the arm but not like they went around selling it.
