I seem to remember half of the 'humorous' subplots in Knight Rider being crooks trying to steal KITT because they thought it was so cool. I don't ever remember it trying to be inconspicuous.

That car DOES NOT make me think of KITT! It actually makes me sad looking at that picture. That car looks too much like a luxury vehicle...and not a sports car.
I agree...it needs to be a Ford GT...fits KITT better.
If they can't get William Daniels to be the voice for KITT again, they better get someone else who's worthy. Hell if you're going to bring in a new KITT...get a new car! When the TV show was on...the old KITT was a pretty cool and hip car.

But I do have to say, that as long as there is a good plot and good story telling, I'm not going to be too worried about what KITT looks like. But I think it would be cool to have like a Photoshop contest to see how certain cars would look as KITT.

There are a lot of cool consumer level cars available. I'd love to see a black mustang as KITT.
