- levitron, on 11/04/2008, -0/+27Meh. I was hoping for an edited compilation.
- Caiman, on 11/04/2008, -3/+23SAY ELLO TO MY LIL FRIEND!
- thegamingguy, on 11/04/2008, -0/+12I have been a huge fan of his but I have noticed that with the voice, he has almost become a caricature of himself in the last few years.
- rdldr1, on 11/04/2008, -0/+11A lifetime of smoking does that to your voice, sometimes.
- Zippo, on 11/04/2008, -1/+12Um, hello.
- sodade, on 11/04/2008, -0/+10Because it would illustrate the point more elegantly.
- vade79, on 11/04/2008, -0/+9his role in The Devil’s Advocate is pretty underrated as far as his roles, although maybe it's just because keanu is there.
- 2of8, on 11/04/2008, -0/+6And reduce the need to keep clicking the play buttons. And also because I don't want to listen to the entire 5-minute segment to get a snippet of his voice. And because when I move on to the next clip, the previous one still loads, choking up bandwidth.
- matt.rubin, on 11/04/2008, -2/+7flash player is acting up again. Stops at 2 seconds :(
- outoforder, on 11/04/2008, -0/+5Wow...you didn't like him in Heat? You're opinion officially means nothing to me.
- jehan60188, on 11/04/2008, -0/+4there's an episode of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia where Charlie does a good impersonation of Pacino.
You can Hulu it. - outoforder, on 11/04/2008, -0/+4That happens to you to?
- inactive, on 11/04/2008, -0/+4same here
- inactive, on 11/04/2008, -0/+4I don't have 3 hours to sit through youtube clips. Could somebody sum this for me? No wait, I'll do it. Al Pacino got louder as he got older. The end. How close am I?
- diggit83, on 11/04/2008, -1/+4Dugg for "I REFUSE TO SHOW ANYTHING FROM RIGHTEOUS KILL"
- FDDIcent, on 11/04/2008, -0/+3Or he says ***** or *****
- reyalp, on 11/04/2008, -0/+3man, not another ***** 50 flash video compilation
- BelatedHero, on 11/04/2008, -0/+3Dugg for that clip from Heat. CAUSE SHE GOT A GREAT ASS!
- outoforder, on 11/04/2008, -0/+3"Michael Mann movies generally have no soul."
Wow. I've never heard someone say this. Thief, The Last of the Mohicans, Heat, Collateral and The Insider have no soul? Are you kidding me? Have you seen all of these? Thief is great. - osukwm, on 11/04/2008, -0/+3Buried for lack of compilation. I would rather actually watch all of Al Pacino's movies again than 13 separate YouTube clips.
- inactive, on 11/04/2008, -0/+3Heat is one of his best movies and his acting is flawless in it.
You sir, are an idiot. - outoforder, on 11/04/2008, -0/+2You're clueless. Please, tell me what your favorite movies are. 40 Year Old Virgin?
- bffoley, on 11/04/2008, -0/+2People will bitch at me for saying so, but Pacino is a character actor. He plays the same guy in most of his movies, and people are starting to finally realize that. That's why he's been doing straight-to-DVD worthy movies like Righteous Kill, 88 Minutes or Simone for the past decade. Unless you write a script whose main character spends most of the film yelling and/or hitting things, you don't want to put him in your movie.
- inactive, on 11/04/2008, -0/+2Did I blo ap mah cah?! Did I fiyuh bullez at ma self?!??
- shadowspawn, on 11/04/2008, -0/+2Carlito's way isn't there.
- micro506, on 11/04/2008, -0/+2CROOKED COPS
- outoforder, on 11/04/2008, -0/+2That's what I'm saying. There are many great scenes in Heat. What is this guy talking about?
- sodade, on 11/04/2008, -0/+2@cameldung - I can't even fathom how you could have that opinion. Heat and Collateral are the most soul-filled movies of that genre (and two of my favorite films of all time). Honestly, all the star power worked against Heat (specifically Pacino).
Heat was all about great characters (minus Pacino) and a very involving plot that delved into the real lives of (movie) criminals in a way rarely seen in crime films.
Different strokes I guess, but I can't help think that you are being dismissive because Mann is Mr. flashy MTV director guy. - dafragsta, on 11/04/2008, -0/+2... followed shortly by an expert use of the Wilhelm scream.
- bjs3171, on 11/04/2008, -0/+1it was a good film, but he saved it.
- skippyrandom, on 11/04/2008, -0/+1I found it really funny, for some reason, the stuff about his "s" over the years.
- MazdaEric, on 11/04/2008, -0/+1This doesn't explain why his acting and film choices have gone down the *****
- sek52, on 11/04/2008, -0/+1Hoo-AH!
- da_bradler, on 11/04/2008, -0/+1Man I never realized how dead on his impersonation until watching that Serpico clip(been a while since I've seen it). also I think I need to get myself a junkyard cat that was born in a pool of gasoline.
I have such torn feeling about the characters on that show. they clearly contribute nothing to society but you can't help but route for them in all their adventures. - jankind, on 11/04/2008, -0/+1I have to be honest here...for the last 3 hours or so of that, I was only watching so I could feel like I accomplished something today.
- Dismember, on 11/04/2008, -0/+1There's nothing out there for you!
- dukenuk3m, on 11/04/2008, -0/+1no
- bjs3171, on 11/04/2008, -0/+1so was A Righteous Kill any good?
- jehan60188, on 11/04/2008, -0/+1that's why it's such a good show- you're like "wow, atleast my life isn't this bad" while at the same time saying "holy *****, another misadventure!"
*eats catfood and huffs paint* - shipwreck58, on 11/06/2008, -0/+1Pacino = OVERRATED!
- gloverd, on 11/20/2008, -0/+1it is amazing to see and remember how great pacino was before all the face lifts, cigarettes and years... this is a fascinating piece!
- centerblack, on 11/04/2008, -0/+1The Godfather is awesome, you're really missing out if you haven't seen any movies starring Pacino.
- BelatedHero, on 11/04/2008, -0/+1Feast your ears on THAT spin doctors mix! Hooha!
- matt.rubin, on 11/04/2008, -1/+2it happens to alot of people but adobe denies it happens
- AndrewDB, on 11/04/2008, -0/+1I loved Pacino in Devil's Advocate. That roll scares the piss out of me sometimes.
- leerayIG88, on 11/04/2008, -0/+1Aaahhh!
- da_bradler, on 11/04/2008, -0/+1lol the fact that Charlee and Matt are addicted to huffing glue almost makes me cry. Matt is such an ***** but you always feel bad for him when his insane plans finally go completely wrong.
