This list blows - BumCheese, on 11/25/2008, -17/+123This list is crap. I Am Legend? Signs? Hancock?
What about the latest Mummy movie? I thought I Am Legend and Signs were a really strange choice since there are obviously much worse movies that made almost as much, if not more.
Also, I thought the last two Pirate movies were worse than Spidey 3. And they made much more. - TexasMd91, on 11/26/2008, -8/+95Where the hell is the latest Indiana Jones!
George Lucas and Steven Spielberg raped it... - Dumbledorito, on 11/26/2008, -0/+84You had to pay to see XXX in the theaters because it was next to impossible to find the Vin Diesel version on bittorrent.
- NathanielJ, on 11/26/2008, -1/+58This list is kinda crap. I don't care if you don't like the movies on this list, saying that they are the worst movies to make a lot of money is just plain silly.
Gross revenue for Scary Movie 3 was over $220 million, Scary Movie 4 was over $178 million. Hell, even Beverly Hills Chihuahua has already earned over $110 million. Who here honestly believes that Signs and Spider-Man 3 are worse than those? - Kingpin7, on 11/26/2008, -18/+62wtf?? Anger Management was the *****!!!!
- BingoPower, on 11/26/2008, -6/+42***** list ever.
Should be renamed to "15 movies I didn't like".
***** retard. - mcsenget, on 11/26/2008, -0/+26Beverly Hills Chihuahua
- Seann7656, on 11/26/2008, -0/+23I...I...I dont wan't to talk about it... I... I did'nt see anything!
- MutatedNantuko, on 11/26/2008, -0/+22More like "Here's 15 movies that pop culture told me to see that ended up not living up to my hyped standards."
This list is horrible. Most of these movies are below decent, but not terrible. - noisymime, on 11/26/2008, -1/+22I can't believe some of these made money. I mean c'mon, did anyone actually pay to see Wild Hogs (that will admit to it)?
- ninjajaja, on 11/26/2008, -9/+30I was almost expecting The Godfather to be #1 on this guy's list.
- CoreyTamas, on 11/26/2008, -0/+21We're missing a few "Scary Movie" installments in there, aren't we?
- Sornos, on 11/26/2008, -1/+21There are bad movies. And then there are worst movies. Most of these are more the former than the latter. The list needs more "X Movie". Any dollar those movies make is too much.
- reeder84, on 11/26/2008, -0/+19dugg for the caption on the Signs movie image...lol, Zogbar
- vstro24, on 11/26/2008, -8/+24horrible list is horrible, how is this front paged?
- maliath, on 11/26/2008, -1/+17Pearl Harbor, that thing was certainly among the very worst movies I've ever seen. The fact that it shat on an important historical event was just salt on the wound.
- ASSASSYN360, on 11/26/2008, -1/+16I am proud to say I contributed financially to a majority of those movies.
- Machine16, on 11/25/2008, -10/+24Hmmm. I don't think Titanic is a masterpiece, and Oscars aren't proof that a movie is great, but come on. It definitely didn't suck. Your shock that Titanic isn't on this list is a bit misplaced.
- WhoRadley, on 11/26/2008, -1/+14Since when is Ben Affleck "out of work"?
He directed Gone Baby Gone! And just hosted SNL. - jer2eydevil88, on 11/26/2008, -0/+13At least they got Spiderman 3 on the list and as long as that emo pile of trash makes the cut I can deal without the 122 min of Indy being raped being on there.
- DrZocktahedron, on 11/26/2008, -0/+13Disaster Movie should be #1 for making a penny
- zinc6471, on 11/26/2008, -1/+14that may be the reason why you think you liked wild hogs
- nertil1, on 11/26/2008, -0/+12There are so many other movies that shoud have made this list other than these films.
- y2kery, on 11/26/2008, -3/+15I gotta agree with you. There are much worst movies that made lots of money.
- inactive, on 11/26/2008, -0/+12Hey I found it!...
Oh wait. - mcsenget, on 11/26/2008, -0/+11I was not aware that Wild Hogs made so much money.
It was really stupid. - inactive, on 11/26/2008, -4/+14I would say most of those movies are very watchable. I really enjoyed Signs , and the rest were great to watch at least once
- killakl, on 11/26/2008, -15/+25Whats funny is Signs is good
- inactive, on 11/26/2008, -0/+9IMO I Am Legend was better with the alternate ending which was suppose to be the original.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LrHTtoNntkU
idk it was only slighty altered but was better. My friend explained it to me and made a good point. - sofunnyithurts, on 11/26/2008, -0/+9ditto, but goosfraba
- Markers, on 11/26/2008, -2/+11This list sucked balls...
- GrantMVP, on 11/26/2008, -6/+14I am ashamed to say it but Hulk the movie (2003) should be on here and it should be in the top 5. Thank God I have been avenged with Incredible Hulk.
- Firespray1138, on 11/26/2008, -5/+13I liked Godzilla and Meet the Fockers...
- Menoats, on 11/26/2008, -1/+9Terrible list.
- zerhynn, on 11/26/2008, -2/+10This list is just in time for Twilight.
- markkram, on 11/26/2008, -0/+8Yes it is, its when the alien it getting hit with the baseball bat and getting covered in water, its at the end of the movie
- ostracize, on 11/26/2008, -0/+8A buddy of mine scribbled "Triple X" on his burnt CD just in case his parent's found the disc.
- honeybrass, on 11/26/2008, -1/+9About half the movies on that list were good. This guy must be a whiny failed director or something.
- amadeus1114, on 11/26/2008, -4/+11Though I agree with you about Signs(not that it was great, it just wasn't terrible), I Am Legend and Hancock were both huge disappointments.
- inactive, on 11/26/2008, -1/+8Godfather 3 deserves to be on it.
- ngmcs8203, on 11/26/2008, -0/+7"And like Hancock, tragically the film could have been great, if it had decided to stay anywhere remotely close to the original script draft. "
How about it staying close to the original story? ***** the original script (whatever it may have been), the original story was better than the load of ***** they put on the big screen, - inactive, on 11/26/2008, -0/+6yeah i hate how the book is good on some things and they alter the ***** out of it, thinking it's going to be "better"
- NathanielJ, on 11/26/2008, -0/+6...but the movies you listed didn't make money. Son of the Mask lost over $25 million, Gigli lost over $40 million, Lawnmower Man 2's gross revenue was under $3 million, etc.
- Warptera, on 11/26/2008, -0/+5It is. Look at the burn on its shoulder and the spilled glass of water. I didn't recognize it at first, either.
- jwoelmer2, on 11/26/2008, -1/+6What IF I digg you down BECAUSE I don't like your opinion THAT certain words HAVE to be CAPITALIZED?
- Plotinus, on 11/26/2008, -0/+5The 'alernative' ending (i.e. the ending as written by the original author) makes sense, not only of the various sequences in the film where the 'monsters' show intelligence and compassion, but also of the entire title!
- inactive, on 11/26/2008, -2/+7The Pacifier, anyone?
- honeybrass, on 11/26/2008, -0/+5The guys who made those movies could have had the list all to themselves.
- archer104, on 11/26/2008, -0/+5just wait 50 years. our culture is gonna seem a lot cooler then.
