It's just commercial tv then that wasnt good enough to get on TV. Some of their list is good, but alot of it is also lacking.
I prefer the grassroots stuff, things that are being done on shoestring budgets, but sharing some great information for free. My list would contain:
The Scene - (welcometothescene.com) - great 'drama' show, doen about the undergound piracy groups of the net
Pure Pwnage Incredibly funny gamer show with some creative episodes
Downstairs Theater - Two guys doing a show that covers wild stuff like electric tennis rackets and awfulplasticsurgery. Waynes world meets G4 style
Open Alpha Jenn's a great host and does some great game reviews
Hak.5 - Hacking and moddling...with creative interesting projects, and a great mix of talents. Coding? yep. Hacking? yep
Starving with Louis - A cooking show? yah, but damn funny
Player 1 vs player 1 - Two guys basically debating gaming topics. But they know thier games, from 8 bit to now

I got into some of the top ten but, eh, not really! and, yes randymc, MTV does suck. I have been saying that since they entered the early 90's. FUSE isnt too bad. they started off really well.

He is starting a new video podcast called Podsafe Music Dot TV and he is giving away thousands of dollars in prizes to the best podsafe music video. And the show will feature only music videos, some viral animated shorts and podcast promos. He says the show will have the feel of early 80's music video shows - when they actually played music videos. Here is the link to the story on Digg.
