- coreychauk, on 11/22/2008, -1/+36I guess they couldn't afford the real Michael Cera this time.

The video fails to load for me, so there's a youtube link (high quality is an option).
Movie looks great, by the way. Glad they picked new actors. - casbboy, on 11/21/2008, -6/+32Have any of you seen Waiting? This is like that but in a theme park.
- ShoppeRandom, on 11/21/2008, -2/+26well juelz the funny thing about my back is,is that its located on my c*ck
- ZincSaucier, on 11/22/2008, -1/+21what's your interest in seeing *****?
- missjb, on 11/21/2008, -2/+21this movie is going to rock
- pmdones, on 11/22/2008, -0/+18God Kristen Stewart is getting hot...
- Brokein3, on 11/22/2008, -1/+15Why did you censor *****?
- Chjoma10, on 11/22/2008, -4/+16This actually looks like a good comedy... that doesn't completely suck.
- ApolloXLII, on 11/22/2008, -1/+10looks.... meh.
- Keithamus, on 11/22/2008, -1/+9I thought waiting was an awesome movie. Probably the best "teen" movie out there. Cant wait to see this.
- aJEEVE5a, on 11/22/2008, -3/+11Waiting is one of the best comedies of all time.... and I am pretty sure Waiting 2 (due out next year) will be the worst
- wkrausmann, on 11/22/2008, -0/+7That's Kennywood Park outside of Pittsburgh. I worked there for a few summers when I was in college. It's weird to see rides I operated in a movie.
- semeticstallion, on 11/22/2008, -0/+5I was apart of this film in Pittsburgh, PA and happy to see it finally has a release date. I never thought it would come out. And in case you think this trailer sucks, let me remind you that the green-band trailer of "Superbad" also sucked.
- ryananger, on 11/22/2008, -3/+8Superbad didn't suck. Lets hope the director can recreate the goodness found in Superbad.
- Dr3w, on 11/22/2008, -0/+4Instead of being brought to the trailer, I got to go to askmen.com and look at ads!
- catinthebox, on 11/22/2008, -0/+4***** yes
- jimcool126, on 11/22/2008, -1/+4This trailer is very disappointing. It makes the movie look like a cheesy teen comedy like when it's the complete opposite of that. I saw an advanced screening of the movie a week ago in Boston and it's more in the style of The Squid and the Whale or Daytrippers, another Mottola's first big movie. The movie is not very similar to Superbad or Waiting... as some have said, even though the trailer plays it out to be. Even it is not as laugh out loud funny at Superbad, I would say that Adventureland is a lot better made. The main draw point of the film is that it feels so real, which is a breath of fresh air from so many movies that seem to play down to their audience. For once, we are given intelligible characters that behave as adults in a movie aimed for a younger audience. It is not about wacky antics at an amusement park. It is about growing up and dealing with the realities of the real world. It is about handling life's problems and understanding ones self in a world of confusion and artificial appearances. I became attached to the characters and the story, and lost myself into the world that was created for me. I felt like I knew these people, like I could drive to Pittsburgh right now and meet with them. It is well directed and shot by Mottola who helps give the great cast an even better performance. The movie had it's downsides, which appear to be a result of trying to appear to a wider audience. It could also benefit from some minor editing, but mostly with the timing of scenes. With a soundtrack by Yo La Tengo and a long overdo major role by Martin Starr it is a must for anyone who appreciates comedy and great film making.
- inactive, on 11/22/2008, -2/+5***** your piece of ***** blog
- nymphetamine, on 11/22/2008, -6/+9Seems mediocre at best.
- RedHawk911, on 11/22/2008, -0/+3Ryan Reynolds and Bill Hader in the same movie, This movie is going to rock
- shawn1122, on 11/22/2008, -0/+3That doesn't mean that it is available, it will say that the video is in high quality but it is actual just the same video. Only videos that show the "view in high quality" option have the high quality versions available on youtube.
- XxModestMousexX, on 11/22/2008, -0/+3Its good to see Martin Starr still coming in movies. He was great in Freaks and Geeks
- inactive, on 11/22/2008, -0/+3does it involve vampires?
- BradOFarrell, on 11/22/2008, -0/+3Adventureland is the name of a real theme park that it's based on.
- MrBabyMan, on 11/22/2008, -4/+6This actually looks pretty cool. It's got a retro-Caddyshack feel to it. The kid is a little Danny Noonan-ish, I can see Ryan Reynolds doing a Chevy Chase bit, and Hader's definitely channeling Bill Murray's frantic Carl Spackler vibe.
- semeticstallion, on 11/22/2008, -1/+3high quality is always an option. Just type "&fmt=18" at the end of every youtube link and you'll get high quality every time.
- r0mper, on 11/22/2008, -1/+3second
- omegasnk, on 11/22/2008, -0/+2Greg Mottola, Martin Starr and a plot focused on being an unemployed college graduate? I guess I have to see this film.
- XHashmeerX, on 11/22/2008, -0/+2This is the park the film is based off of. The director actually worked there in the 80s. Growing up I used to live about 10 minutes from this park and would go there all the time. I had a friend who worked there one summer who complained how terrible it was.
- ZincSaucier, on 11/22/2008, -0/+2it has the really nerdy kid from freaks and geeks
- DownkeyKowng, on 11/22/2008, -0/+2Recycle, Reduce, Reuuuuse and close the loop on that same fake mustache from Superbad and a poor man's Michael Cera
- gadmo, on 11/22/2008, -0/+2"I wouldn't go in there if I were you!"
"Why not? What's wrong with a little fun in the dark at Adventureland"
"Nothing - if your idea of fun is being chased by a man with a chainsaw!!!"
"Chainsaws? I don't like chainsaws - I once had a close shave with one"
"Then petrify yourself, you silly tree, because I think... I hear... him... COMING!!!!!" - schrutefan, on 11/22/2008, -0/+1This looks lame. But Kristen Stewart is tasty.
- spidoman, on 11/22/2008, -0/+1Isn't that kind of repetitive? I think the term good comedy means that it shouldn't suck.
It was a beautiful sunrise that didn't occur at 9pm. - ahoyhoy1, on 11/22/2008, -0/+1Is that Moot cast in the lead role?
http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2238/2445211563_4c7 ... - idiotech, on 11/23/2008, -0/+1What the *****‽
‽ - This is the punctuation mark I've been waiting for! - djphatjive, on 11/23/2008, -0/+1wow that looks really bad, like SuperBad.
- Blandyman, on 11/22/2008, -0/+1To the last line:
What? - bytor4232, on 11/23/2008, -0/+1Wow, its got a lot of actors in it. Been a long time since I've seen Wendy Malick in anything.
- scottromansky, on 11/22/2008, -0/+1superbad was AMAZING and this movie falls a little short of the laughter, so far. will still see it hope its good.
- deanau, on 11/22/2008, -0/+1mirror?
- Kumaku, on 11/22/2008, -0/+1Kevin Smith and Scott Mosier already did on smodcast...
- legom7, on 11/22/2008, -0/+1I got to see this movie in a preview screening, it DOES ROCK. That is, depending on what they changed.
- taxali, on 11/22/2008, -0/+1Meh. Superbad wasn't funny because of the director. It was the script.
- inactive, on 11/22/2008, -0/+1The video is in Heaven according to the error page. I prefer my movies a little lower.
- petebot, on 11/22/2008, -0/+1Kristen Wiig bores me.
- Blandyman, on 11/22/2008, -0/+1True that the writers are important, but a director's style will always come through in all of his/her films. If what you liked in a movie was timing, trust me, that wasn't the writers, that was the director working in hand with the editors, and his direction giving the actors the right cues and times during filming.
