Seriously one of the most hilarious movies I have EVER seen. Great acting, great music, hilarious plot, hilarious dialogue. They took the exaggerations of the original government propaganda film and made them WAY more ridiculous.
I've watched it 10+ times and it gets funnier every time as you notice more and more tiny details that they threw in.

The guy on the couch - Halsfield, on 08/06/2008, -0/+2i think we need to define this better, i was thinking movies about smoking marijuana, which i wouldnt say fear and loathing is about. it could also be movies you want to watch when smoking pot, which is definitely true about fear and loathing.
- decimalsystem, on 08/06/2008, -0/+2The film musical was actually based on the stage version, which I actually performed in recently. I played Mae. It's a fantastic part, so much fun - except for the whole getting knocked around and drenched in blood every night part.
Did you know that when stage blood clots/dries in fake eyelashes it can glue your eyes open? True story. -
