- Spacejack, on 11/02/2009, -0/+0She was awfully hot, but still, there was a conflict of interest involved in casting a "too big to go topless" actress in a part that's specifically a nude dancer. It reminded me of that bit in "Scream" where the refer to the lead chick taking her top off and then she just has a bra on because she's too big a star to do it for real.
I guess it still worked OK and everything. Just struck me as a case where the studio was letting them get away with damn near anything, but the realities of their casting didn't allow one of those little sleazoid details to get through. And I don't even LIKE the Sin City comics all that much.... I dunno, it's not a big thing, like I said it still worked OK. I have kind of a pet peeve about bigshot "stars" (especially glorified bimbos like Alba) pulling weight to change stuff like that in a script. - wang895, on 11/01/2009, -1/+0@Lefts Godfather 2, Spiderman 2, Dark Knight...
