- Surferess, on 11/19/2008, -2/+17I have always wanted a jetpack!
- BeShirtHappy, on 11/19/2008, -2/+15The camouflage that makes your car invisible is cool in concept but you'd better be a very attentive driver; because other drivers couldn't see you and you're bound to get hit, sooner or later. Now if I could become invisible - I'd be up for that!

- mrcaulfield, on 11/19/2008, -1/+6mr. caulfield would like 12 of your jetpacks, please.
- poddys, on 11/19/2008, -1/+6I used to like it back in the days of The Man From Uncle when you could get fake bullet holes to stick on the car and also pens that wrote with invisible ink. That was cool - for kids anyhow.
Yeah - I like jetpacks too, although having seen demonstrations of people using them, it doesn't look as cool as you think it would be - far too easy to crash and burn... - SisterSabbay, on 11/19/2008, -1/+5Interesting ! Dugg and Share.
Sabbay :) - AmyVernon, on 11/19/2008, -1/+4Seriously. But one a LOT smaller than the one in the pic.
- SuperStromboli, on 11/19/2008, -1/+4Ooooh, adaptive camouflage. That brings back some good Metal Gear Solid memories...
- nilhilustfreder, on 11/20/2008, -0/+2That is, the second technology in the article, not the first. If light waves go around your car, they don't go to your eyes or any other sensor in the car.
The first is what happens whenever you stand in front of a projector, except the picture is a real time picture of what's behind you. Hardly revolutionary or even creative. - MichaelMnb, on 11/20/2008, -0/+1Who needs this "real-world" thing?

Dugg for nostalgia ! - nilhilustfreder, on 11/20/2008, -0/+1Also keeps you from seeing out of the car, If we're thinking of the same technology.
- Merp08, on 11/22/2008, -0/+1Right. So all this stuff came from the movie... it wasn't anywhere else before that... right.
- tee349, on 11/21/2008, -0/+1I cannot believe they did not include bacon.
- ferrija1, on 11/20/2008, -0/+1That "jetpack" sucks. Look at how big it is!
- uknowwhoibe, on 11/20/2008, -0/+1Slides that aren't on the same page are stupid. I stopped after page 2.
- nilhilustfreder, on 11/20/2008, -0/+1Good point. I guess they'd have to cover you completely, so you have your own private light-proof bubble.
On the other hand, i could see invisible clothes becoming popular. It's only one step past fishnets. - tecratour, on 11/20/2008, -0/+1Yeah, but then you bring up the inevitable follow up- do your clothes become invisible too? whats the point of being invisible if you have to be naked?
- sirdeanalot007, on 11/21/2008, -0/+0Invisible cars would be cool lol lotsa fun
- AddictedtoAOTS, on 11/20/2008, -1/+1For God Sakes ONE PAGE PLEASE TODAY!!
